Today My Wife and I went through the drive thru and to our surprise our orders were made incorrectly. As I entered the store I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who was kind and courteous and offered to help me with my issue. As I waited for my new Quarter Pounder to be prepared a woman approached me in a manner of aggressive body language and grabbed the food from in front of me quickly with out saying anything to me at all. I was never asked anything or spoken to by this woman before. As she tossed my food into a bin I tried to catch her attention. She completely ignored me to the point that I had to ask an employee standing next to her if she could help maybe catch her attention for me so I could address her. The lady who grabbed my food finally turned to me and asked what my problem was in exact words and I then proceeded to tell her I thought her customer service was rude and sucked. I felt the need to reach out to her hire up and make a formal report to my experience with her so I asked her for her name and also for her district managers name and contact. The woman proceeded to tell me her name was Jenny wich I though would be on her name tag so I looked to verify and to my surprise she did not have one on at all so I asked her where is your name tag to I can make my report she then told me she wasn't giving my any contact info for her hire ups nore was she gonna deal with me. So I got upset and told I could tell she was the manager because of her uniform. At this point my burger still wasn't ready and there was another lady and gentleman behind me complaining as well about their food not being correct. Finally 3 other employees informed me that this lady was the store manager and her real name was Irais not Jenny like she had informed me at that point I address her about her name tag and about lying to me about her name and she proceeded to call the police. Finally as the police arrived my burger was ready and I wasn't informed by her that she was calling the police until my burger was givin to me and I was on my way out the door. I feel like the reason my burger took as long as it did was because she knew she had called the police and wanted me to wait until they arrived which I would have kindly done anyway if I would have known she was calling them at all. The police entered the building and she started crying after being so rude to as even yelling at me in Spanish i told her I don't speak Spanish speak like you were in the beginning so I can understand. Then she saw the officer and started crying out of nowhere and started going off about how I speak like I don't have a mother daughter or sister in her own words. I kindly made my report to the officer and he told me to have a nice day I was all set to leave. So I did. I have no idea as to if Irais will be spoken to about this matter but just to put it in here I am the proud father of 5 boys and a adopted daughter my wife and I honestly spend a ridiculously amount of money with McDonald's and I have never experienced any kind of service like this before. I hope she was just having a really bad day but she definitely needs training in customer service. When ordering from the on the go app, the entire point of this feature is that by the time that you arrive to the restaurant your food is ready and there is no waiting in line right? I submitted my on the go order through the app when I left my house at about 3:15. McDonald’s is a 20 minute walk from my house. I got there at approximately 3:35 and was told that they haven’t even started making my order yet. I was furious because it has been 20 minutes since I submitted my order through the app and I had work at 4. I was pressed for time which is why I ordered my food in advance. I stood there watching all these 14 year olds behind the counter running around frantically and I was told by a cashier “sorry we’ve just been really busy.” There was NO ONE BESIDES ME IN THE ENTIRE STORE and there was one car in the drive thru. I then spoke to a manager who not only told me it wasn’t her problem that I was pressed for time which I found extremely rude but then she explained to me that they don’t start preparing the food until the customer arrives at the store. This is bs. You let someone’s order sit on the screen for 20 minutes like that? The entire point is for my food to be ready by the time I get there. I left with a sarcastic comment of “and this is the people that want to make $15 an hour.” Which for the record is way more than what I make at my jobs. BS BS BS. Read moreLiterally sent an entire incorrect order via DoorDash. After arguing with DoorDash and the restaurant directly, they were obnoxiously defensive and didn’t want to rectify the situation. Received fries that were only partially filled, as well as extremely cold and soggy. Burger was missing. Received two boxes of cold and soggy nuggets. Two caramel frappes instead of mocha. “You already received nuggets, so we’re not replacing those.” Ew. They were gross and inedible and you won’t replace them? Eventually, I argued with McDonald’s and they said they’d give me my missing burger and replace the fries. I said I wanted my drinks as well. They told me to come in and they’d give me the burger, fries, and large frappes. Later on, my boyfriend decided to walk there and had to proceed to argue with the manager AGAIN! Again he was told that we wouldn’t be given nuggets because we “received too many” in the previous delivery (even though they were inedible). But the part that frustrates me the most is that he had to argue to get the large frappes AGAIN! I was told that I’d be given them over the phone...what changed? The manager was aggressive and was in his face the entire time. Disgusting behavior. He was given two MEDIUM frappes instead of the large ones I ordered earlier.
