Having had the pleasure of being served by Josh on multiple occasions, I can confidently attest to his outstanding customer service skills. It is truly a delight whenever Josh is our server, as his warm greetings and attentive care towards his tables never fail to enhance our dining experience.
Josh's dedication to ensuring that all his customers are well taken care of is truly commendable. Not once have I experienced any delays or lapses in service when Josh is attending to our table. His professionalism and efficiency are truly noteworthy.
I would like to emphasize that Josh is one of the select few servers whom I am more than happy to tip generously, often ranging between 30-45%. Without a doubt, his hard work and dedication deserve every penny.

Everytime i come in with my family from the second i walk in to the door to the second i leave i have nothing but a smile on my face from hostess to the server to the food runner every one is extremely nice, attentive and always spot on. Ive been going to outback for years and have never had anything to complain about. The people is what makes them great. When we walk we get greeted with a warm welcome by one of the host named sarah she sits down lays out our menus and lets us know who will be serving us today. Minute goes by and our server keven walks over, awesome guy always knows how to lift us up. Then we get our food and the food-runner JD man his humor is through the roof. everytime he comes over he manages to make us laugh and it’s almost impossible to make my wife even smile. I dont know how he comes up with these things sometimes. He always asked if we need anything else. Even askes if our steaks are cooked to perfection, if that aint service idk what is. Someone going out of there way to make sure your food is just how you like it. Man they make us feel like family. Shout out to those three they truly making that restaurant feel...
Read moreThe LAST time I'll go there... For the third time l attempted to hav' a prime rib . the first two after placing order waiter returned several min. later to inform me. "We're out of the prime rib. I settled for rib steak BUT just not what i wanted . The 1st time again , the waiter returned again this time , with a apologetic manager with the news "We're out of the rib steak too...!" & offered a " coupon" for $ 20.oo. next visit. The 2nd. Time again , after ordering , waiter returned with the same new but , the rib steak was still avaiable but , it's just not the same and left me disapointed. On this final trip , we tried arriving "earlier" @ 6:30 after placing the order for prime rib , med. rare , a well done "heel cut" arrived that I couldn't believe they would even plate , i requesed it's return to the kitchen & a slice that was more on line of my request , the waiter & manager return with the. plate. With the statement " that's the last piece . it was tough & dry so , I sent it bac' & watched my fellow diners eat...! McDonalds 8s across...
