Wendy's — Restaurant in Town of Yorktown

I am a frequent customer as well as an Uber driver on the weekends . I arrived at Wendy’s on crompound around 10:25 pm to pick up an Uber order . I was greeted at drive through by a woman . I told her I had an order for Uber , she asked for the name so I gave it , including the order # which is asked for most definitely and this woman’s response was “ we do not take the name , we take first and last initial “ ok no problem so I repeated what she requested of me . There was a suv in front of me and no one behind me so realistically I had to sit at intercom area , there was no where for me to go . All of a sudden I hear “you need to pull up if you want your Uber order “ I said I can’t and she proceeded to repeat herself . I get to the window and now I’m pissed because by the way she had such a nasty attitude when speaking to me in first place . I got to the window and the nice orange haired guy was there , who we love btw and I said who was the woman speaking to me for my order ? He said oh that’s my manager , Ashley ! I’m like you gotta be kidding me and she talking to customers like this and trying to force me to move up when I physically cannot . Today 28 May, I had the misfortune and stupidity of stopping at the Wendy’s in Yorktown Heights, New York. I gave them a one star because that’s the least they could get. I ordered chicken ranch wrap, which was not edible. It was overpriced and the wrap was not wrapped it was merely folded over. It was impossible to eat without forming apart. Additionally the chicken they use is substandard and had a funny smell to it. I took one and a half bites and it was in the garbage. The staff there doesn’t seem to care one way or another about the quality of service or the quality of the food. More going to dispute it with my credit card company. Forget about the fact that their food is overpriced if you’re not ordering a hamburger which the most inept person is able to handle and everything else is downhill. If I can give this place zero stars I would … do yourself a favor and don’t order from here … I work a lot from home and work late to the weee hours I must of have 20 orders cancelled from Uber eats because they always say they are always closed …. Quick story time I placed my order on a Thursday night they claim they close at midnight I seen my Uber delivery person got there 10 to midnight and refused to do my order and told delivery guy they are closed ?? multiple times I have tracked other delivery persons and they made it there on time and they tell them they are closed every time ...
