Arby's — Restaurant in Travelers Rest

Oh my gosh! Get this...so we're making our way to the beach, it's late and I've worked all day so I'm exhausted too. I started to get hungry and asked my wife if she might want to grab a bite. My wife is a beautiful southern bell who is never hungry so she said"nope". I hate fast food but what's a starving guy to choose at 10pm in a strange town but eat fast food? Arby's was the lesser of all the evils so in we go. Here's what I thought deserved 5 stars...

The place looked clean The lil gal at the window was cordial My order came really fast. Historically, Arby's is the slowest on the planet The new Arby's burger 🍔 BLEW MY MIND! It was absolutely delicious! My wife and I witnessed an Angel at work!! No joke... something really strange happened.....read on if you're interested, stop here if all you want is the food review.

So...we left the drive-thru and my window was so foggy. The defrost wasn't working well at all.

I'm trying to drive in a strange town, it's dark and other cars headlights are blinding me. My wife had Google maps on and it was rattling on telling me to turn left. We stopped at a redl ight and I couldn't see if I was in the proper lane and I said " in case I get us killed...I love you woman". It was at that very second that the friendly Google maps voice said "you'll spend more time together" !!!!!?!?!!!!!!???

We were stunned! I'm still stunned! What just happened!!!!!??? We both heard it as clear as could be.

Is there a street named " Spend More Time Together" in Greenville SC? If not, then we were just visited...

I'm a food critic by trade and a couple days ago I done a thorough investigation to low ratings businesses. Let me make it clear low ratings means bad reputation when you get bad reports. When this happens often enough the business loses money then the business tanks. Yeah tanks is the forbidden T word no owner and ceo wants to hear. Couple days ago I gotten bottom of the barrel curly fries when fresh items should always be available. And the burgers? A couple half pounders that was stacked by someone that's never been trained at all and it looked like the obvious rush job by someone that doesn't even care about how the job is done. The roast beef was stacked in 3 different places instead of Arby's signature tower style with the beef. I have no intention of taking 3 oversized bites with the burger itself still falling apart like a disappointment that never made cut. I hope next time when I return here the situation will be greatly changed. No one said hello welcome to Arby's, no smiles. Nothing. Just told me the price and gave me the rush job of a meal and expected me to leave. It was disgusting. How can a business be run by people if the employee doesn't have a happy employer? I hope this changes. Next time I will be speaking about productivity and success rates with my higher ups....

Went Thu the drive Thu whit my mom last night while seating and wating we notice a few things first we notice a few employees out back in the corner look like that were having a party and that were running back a ford to the back of the restaurant door and one employee carried a bag of food out back and thay were running back Sanford even an enp block the door open for them and a girl not dress in work cloth es went in the back door so it was are turn up at the window I ask the girl to talk to the manager she came to the window and she was very rude I ask her was she throwing an party in the back and she started off and said that weren't working their ok for one while did that have the work cloth s on and running in and out the back door I thought that door was spouse to stay lock at all times and I ask for the number to call an complain and she said it's on the recipe real smart and ugly and slam the drive Thu window in my moms face that need to pull the camera and look and control the zoo that got running their in side and back and when we got are food it was so wrong that need to get some body in their to run the place with an. better atuud because this one ant the one it look like a play house not an...
