Firehouse Subs Travelers Rest — Restaurant in Travelers Rest

We typically eat here around 4 times a month. The quality of our subs are always good. Yesterday, when we got our subs, they were literally thrown together. They were sloppy and very hard to eat. My husband, who rarely complains, was aggravated after using napkins with every bite. I spoke with the "manager" who told me that next time be sure to let her know and they will remake for us. How about doing them RIGHT the FIRST time! We will take a break from this location because of our bad experience. Hopefully, the next time we go, we have a good experience as we have before. If they are thrown together and very difficult to eat needing a fork, we will NOT go back!! There are plenty of other places who will be happy to take our money.

UPDATE: We tried FS again on Saturday, December 21 at around 12:45 PM. I have uploaded one picture of the Hero sub so you can see for yourself. It was pitifully slapped together. Also, the restaurant was nasty. Tables were dirty. Floor was dirty. Drink area was dirty. I think we are going to stop eating here. The Taylors location has NEVER looked or been like this! We've ordered food there a few times now. Everytime we order online. Every single time we order, they forget to something we ordered or they make at least one of the subs wrong. This is small compared to past orders.. but tonight we ordered 3 subs. All was supposed to come with a pickle spear. They didn't put any of the pickles in with our order. Online said pickup time was going to be 735. I got there at 727. Food was already ready, great, I grabbed it and left. Drove 5 minutes home. It was already cold. The brownies are literally frozen also. Last time we're going to give them a chance. Apparently the staff is incompetent when...

The service was not so great. Slow, rude, and disfunctional staff. They seemed very confused. First time there my order sat in the counter with no name on it and Noone called my name and i waited over 30 mins then my sandwich was soggy from sitting there and my daughter didn't get her rice Krispy in the bag. Second time I waited awhile and I got my order finally. There was no pickle or rice Krispy. ALWAYS CHECK BEHIND THE WORKERS HERE!!!! And I also got no apology for the mess up.
