Daisy at CVS is an angel sent from the retail heavens. I walked in with the expectations of your typical CVS experience: a maze of shelves, existential dread, and the inevitable purchase of a questionable snack. But then, I met Daisy.
Let me tell you, Daisy deserves a raise, a corner office, and a throne made of CVS ExtraBucks receipts. First of all, she greeted me with a smile so warm, I momentarily forgot that I was there to buy cold medicine and toothpaste. I mean, I could have walked in needing to return a broken rubber chicken and she would have made it feel like I was returning the crown jewels.
When I asked where the vitamins were, she didnât just point; she escorted me there like I was some kind of vitamin royalty. She might as well have rolled out a red carpet. And get this, she even recommended a brand that was on sale! I thought, âWow, not only does Daisy care about my health, but she also respects my bank account.â
She then proceeded to ring up my items with the precision of a NASA engineer. I swear she scanned those barcodes with the same focus Michelangelo had when painting the Sistine Chapel.
As if her customer service wasnât enough, Daisyâs aura is like a soft jazz soundtrack to my otherwise chaotic life. Every time she hands me my receipt, I half expect her to say, âHereâs your receipt and a personalized life affirmation.â
In conclusion, CVS, if youâre listening (which you should be), Daisy needs a raise. No, scratch that, she needs a CVS helicopter and a gold-plated name tag. Sheâs not just an employee; sheâs a beacon of light in a world of generic band-aids and impulse-buy keychains.
Daisy, you rock....
Read moreWent to the pharmacy today to pick up a prescription I have had to chase all over Greenville. Every other CVS has only sent me home with 1 pack of this prescription (when I am supposed to get 3), has filled the wrong manufacturer and I have had to correct, and I have had to transfer my prescription to get the right manufacturer and dosage at least 7 times. I was skeptical today pulling up after receiving a text the wrong prescription had been filled, calling to leave a voicemail to ask for the correct manufacturer, and then getting a text the correct one was filled. Well I was SO PLEASANTLY surprised to pull up to the most lovely pharmacist at the drive through, be given TREATS for my two pups she spotted in the back, AND to get a bag full of 3 packs of the correct prescription! I never thought u would be leaving a 5 star review for a pharmacy, but this one deserves it! I wish I knew the pharmacists name to be able to thank her, but all I know is that though this CVS is about 35 mi uses away from my house, I will be coming here every time I need a script filled because of the...
Read moreGo somewhere else to pick up your prescription. The staff is kind and polite, but just about every time Iâve come to pick up a prescription itâs a long wait or they havenât filled it yet. My doctor called in my prescription 5 days ago, I came in 2 days ago to pick it up and they said they hadnât filled it yet. They had 3 days to fill it but no big deal, I decided to wait the 15 min it takes to fill it. Then they say they donât have it and Iâll have to wait for 2 days and to come after 5:00. Really inconvenient but I can deal with it. I come in today to find that they still have not filled the prescription. I wait for them to fill it to find that they can only fill part of the prescription and Iâll have to get my doctor to call in the rest. The pharmacy is clearly unorganized or understaffed. Either way Iâll be switching pharmacies first thing...
