Wanted 20 piece family meal. I found a deal online for 38 and some change. It was under a travelers rest Bojangles but the "manager" or whoever the heck he was said he couldn't honor it because it wasn't their store. It was, and I needed the dinner because I spent most of the night with my disabled son in the hospital. So I paid the ridiculous 56..00 and some change. I asked for some honey mustard and this CLOWN wanted to charge me for it. I asked him why are you going to charge me when I just paid over 56.00 dollars for food?! He had the nerve to say they are for chicken tenders only. Are you kidding me? I read people well and he was taking great delight into just trying to make me lose my s@$! I also feel like he was racist and if I was the right color he would of been more helpful. So to hell with Bojangles. If this "man" treats anyone else the way he treated me, Bojangles will lose a lot more customers. You bet I can't reach corporate but I have the receipt, store number, and time if they see this review. Only problem is I didn't get his name or if he was a manager so they all should sit in an hour long meeting on how not to lose customers. Just wanted to add that I looked over reviews on this location 5 years back. It has the same theme of poor customer service. Does cooperate not care?! They need to train employees better and not tolerate some of them treating this business like it's their hangout and customers are bothering them. It's a business where customers are first and you get paid for it and customers are paying a decent sum of money so...
Read moreOnly drive thru is currently available due to covid-19. The employees were standing around carrying in a conversation (4 or 5 of them). I had to wait on lady with blue hair to find a stopping point in her conversation to take my money for my order. Then she just looked at me expectantly without a greeting. The line was backed up all the way around the building and into the road. The only person I saw really working trying to take care of the customers was an elderly black man. After receiving my order I pulled to the side to make sure I had everything since they weren't concerned with customers. My daughter didn't get her orange juice. I went back to the window and had to tell over a vehicle to ask for my orange juice. They didn't offer to bring it to the door. I had to walk between cara to get the juice. I went back to my vehicle and realized they didn't give us any plasticware to eat our food with. I had to get back out & holler over another vehicle at drive thru again. Again...they handed me plasticware between cars instead of offering to bring it to the door. I feel if they had not been so busy socializing they wouldn't have forgotten part of my order and the line wouldn't have been backed up into the road. The lady with blue hair is NOT friendly nor does she have a...
Read moreI come here everyday in the morning during my busy season and the service was excellent, Via the drive through. This visit is the first time I've been here in since October, I dined in and I placed my order @ 5:20pm. I got my food (egg&cheese biscuit combo) @ 5:49pm. However they made me a bacon egg and cheese biscuit instead of an egg and cheese, and my side was ice cold. By the time that was fixed it was 5:54pm. How on earth the eggs were dripping with grease is beyond me, unless they dumped the eggs into a dirty bin that had grease in the bottom.. The quality of the food and speedy service here has deteriorated rapidly. I do not see it changing anytime soon judging by the way the manager just walked out and by the counter, which looks like the aftermath of a frat house party. Appearance is everything, the manager didn't care it looked like a war zone up front.. instead she clicked out an went to the house. I do not believe I will be...
