I only used the bathroom facilities here, while traveling. The space inside the womens’ restroom was entirely too cramped, making me wonder if it even met current code. I speculated on the cause of the stark contrast with the many other Chick-fil-As which I’ve frequented. Perhaps this was not a company owned location, but a franchise?
We entered the bathroom through the only door-both an entrance and the exit. My sister went into the first of three stalls. I, In the center stall, immediately disappointed the seat cover dispenser was empty, also had to walk on torn toilet paper all over the floor. The handmade sign inside the stall door advised patrons of the need to press a round button on the back of toilet in order to flush. The paper was old, yellowing, and the scotch tape curling up, but worse was having to put my hand in a nasty position to flush. The third and last stall would soon be occupied by the first of two children and their mother.
The mother had to lean against the open door to bathroom in order to keep an eye on her children as they shuffled in and out of the last stall. My sister and I shifted spaces at the single sink, reaching over one another while attempting to use soap and towel dispenser.
There was not enough space inside the bathroom for three adults and two children. Feeling the pangs of claustrophobia, I hurriedly squeezed past the mother, with paper towel in hand. Outside, where it felt safe to inhale again, I located a trash receptacle and tossed my...
Read moreI don't have a car, and have to pick up myself on lunch. There is no option for curbside with no car, but I do stand at the curbside pickup section to pick up orders. Usually that is no issue and they bring me my order. Today I stood there waiting for my order in the rain, recieved the message that my order was ready and just kept waiting. The associates saw me standing in the rain and decided because there was no car I must be there for no reason and left my order to cool inside. When I finally managed to get a hold of a member they proceeded to tell me I should have used the 30 character special instruction option that I use for my ALLERGY instructions to instead let them know there isn't a car. When they finally brought me my order the associate was short and ill tempered with me, my order which was a club with bacon was missing the bacon. I approached the door and got ahold of another member, still standing in the rain with my now ice cold order, and asked to get the bacon left out of my order. She rolled her eyes at me and demanded my receipt and the special instruction sticker. I do not appreciate being left in the rain with a cold sandwich while being accosted and reprimanded by associates over their mistakes....
Read moreHad I realized I was gonna write this review, I’d have taken pictures. Our bags were over-stuffed which caused my sister-in-law to drop the bag at the counter. My husband picked up the bag and handed it back to them. So, I guess to reduce the weight, the fried potatoes only filled half of each container because the rest were in the floor. The sandwiches were not hot and the bag that held my sandwich was busted with a hole in the bottom. The bun was saturated with pickle juice so it dissolved and tore apart when holding it and attempting to eat it. The whole experience was a train wreck and would have had a better experience at a McDonalds. If this is how Chic-fil-A operates… then it needs to shut down for 48 hours, re-examine it’s values and goals and go thru expectations. Chic-fil-A in the Southeast is now the worst of fast food. The ice cream serving size for cost is ridiculous. How can a corporation claim to have Christian values when it’s ripping off its customers??? It’s sinful and needs to be exposed. The sad thing is that I’m a devout Christian and am ashamed of how bad...
