Hit the drive thru up at 10:30p. I know they close at 12, but that was no excuse for the "food" that I received in my order. Fries were completely cold. Not luke warm, not even room temp....just cold. Ordered an 8 piece ghost pepper nuggets, 3 of them were absolutely inedible. Dried out beyond belief and almost too hard to sink your teeth into. My Whopper looked as though it was put together and thrown across the room. Mayo and lettuce, everywhere. Out of the 4 items I paid for, I was only able to eat half of it. While sitting at the window waiting on my "food", me and my girlfriend had to sit and listen while the woman taking orders kept muting her headset to complain that people were still pulling up to order. I've been in the food service industry a very long time. I get having a rough day and just wanting to go home. But take that noise some where in the back. Find a different profession, you definitely don't need to be in hospitality. I would give negative stars for that...
Read moreHad arranged for a family member to pick me up something to eat from this "restaurant". Upon arriving, they had entered inside the lobby and proceeded to wait at the counter. Luckily they noticed the food assembler was not wearing gloves and was using bare hands on tomatoes, and other such condiments. I declined to want anything at that point and asked them to leave and not worry about the order. Shortly after, I called the franchise and spoke with a woman named Lisa or whatever and informed her. Unfortunately she thought it convenient to lie to me and upon detailing my experience very quickly assured her employees were wearing gloves, as if she had time in 3 or 4 seconds to thoroughly check the kitchen to make sure. As if my family would lie to me about something so easy to be fixed. Very ignorant and rude behavior. They lost a bit of business from me and I hope they get themselves cleaned up or the list will grow...
Read moreI place my order of a Whopper with cheese and ketchup only. I digitally make sure that I asked for a receipt. I was at least smart enough to check the Whopper prior to leaving, and they had of course but everything on the Whopper. After 5 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru for someone to come back, I let them know that I had needed a receipt and additionally please fix my sandwich the way that I ordered it. I was assured that the receipt was in the bag but I was more worried about checking the sandwich to ensure that it did not have other ingredients that one may be allergic to on the sandwich, and I totally forgot about checking for the receipt. I called to let them know that I did need the receipt, as it was work-related. The customer service representative that I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. However, I still had your turn to pick that up as well. I hope Burger King gets it together...
