Very rude and unprofessional staff. I arrived at the store around 930am and was greeted by a female employee. I had two small Amazon returns to process. She was working on a package and for several minutes just kept working on this package by continually adding tape to it and ignoring me. She was the only one there at the time. After several minutes I said, I my breath, that I could not believe this. She heard me but took exception to that. I asked her to come and scan my returns and she refused! When I requested she come to the counter and scan the returns she advised that she would not because of what I said. I said geeze and she then stated that she would call be police to have me removed from the store. At this point I left and will never return to this location.
Over the years I have had issues with this location regarding notary and general staff competence. I one instance they female employee scanned the wrong address on the Amazon return and somehow had it sent back to me!
Also, the store is not very clean. The floors are always dirty, un-swept and not mopped and the door glass is always filthy covered with finger prints and smudges.
Many times the store was not open during posted hours. In fact, one time recently the employee was there but the manager was not and she could not start the system.
I have been in customer service and have run my our retail store and online businesses as well as large call centers for 40 years. In reading this locations other reviews, the store has a lot of issues with employee rudeness. They need to be trained in how to treat customers properly

Read moreI typically don’t write reviews unless they’re negative, but the customer service at this location was so incredibly outstanding, I had to say something. I have had a continuous issue at another local UPS location concerning shipping my previous employers work equipment back to the company. It’s been a constant headache over the past couple of weeks. I thought maybe another store could help, bc the location I had been dedicated to showed incompetence and wasn’t making anything easy for me. Once I realized this newer location was established, I thought I’d give them a chance. After all, I wasn’t going too far out of my way, as it’s about the same distance as the first store. Ashlee, Emily, and Robin greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Ashlee is the associate that specifically helped me out with this transaction. She was personable, showed kindness, and patiently listened as I explained the trouble I had been having at the previous location and the outcome I needed getting this equipment sent securely and QUICKLY! She made it so easy, had my equipment boxed in the correct packaging and spending the least amount of money possible. I was in and out within 15 minutes. If I had known about this location sooner, I wouldn’t have put myself through the trouble with the first location. I’ll be dedicated to this store moving forward for all of my shipment needs. Read moreI have been using this store for about 6 months now and they are awesome. Recently, I sold a collectible piece of art from Jay Strongwater on eBay. I went to this store and paid for their upgraded fragile packaging/boxing. They did an amazing job. They took lots of photos of the before, during and after. I fully insured it through UPS and low and behold, it got damaged somewhere down the road. I had to refund the buyer and have him ship it back to me. I filed my claim and UPS corporate or whatever service they used gave me a really, really really hard time. No matter how many photos and documentation I submitted, they just kept running me around in circles. It was a $3,100.00 claim, so a big chunk of money. Anyway, I went to Tony the owner of this store and explained to him what was going on. He said, "no, that isn't right. We did everything right. I'll investigate." That is exactly what he did. He was able to provide the last bit of information they were requesting and the are now paying the claim. Thank Goodness! I am singing their praises from the rooftops! I can't say enough great things about this store and the staff! I really appreciate Tony for diving in and not being a jerk.
