UPDATE: AGAIN I COME THROUGH AND ORDER 4 PIECE BOX. I SAID DARK MEAT ONLY. I'M SICK AND TIRED OF DRIVING FROM MARIETTA TO TR TO GET IT AND DRIVE BACK TO MARIETTA BEFORE I REMEMBER TO MAKE SURE IT'S RIGHT. IT NEVER IS. SO I DROVE BACK TO TR TO MAKE IT RIGHT. LAST TIME I CHECKED Y'ALL DON'T REIMBURSE FOR GAS WASTED ON IDIOTS. TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DARK AND WHITE MEAT. THIS IS THE REASON I DON'T COME BACK VERY OFTEN. NO ONE WANTS TO BE IGNORED. LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER AND PUT THE ORDER IN CORRECTLY AND CHECK IT BEFORE IT GOES TO THE CUSTOMER. AND WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD PUT A GALLON OF TEA IN A BAG NOT A JUG? THAT IS BY FAR THE MOST STUPID IDEA EVER. NOW THERE IS HALF A GALLON OF TEA IN MY VEHICLE. Very messy place. Food bar (KFC) side needed attention with not only cleaning but fresh items. Trash was all around the bins, probably from customers missing the trash hole and not bothering to pick what they dropped but there wasn't any staff making an effort to try to keep the areas clean. Soda was spilled all over the drain grates onto the counters. Used salsa packets were mixed in with the unopened, again customers are trashy and unfortunately staff has to clean up behind them. The trays ARE NOT cleaned in a dishwasher or thru proper 3 sink cleaning, sanitizing. One staff was wiping them off with a rag she stopped a counter down with, never rinsing it afterwards and taking paper towels to the excess food. Also, the replacement plates were on a paper towel, same place she was cleaning trays, for all customers to pick up, put back after they picked up the stack and took one. I don't know. Went through drive thru at 10:30am automatically got greeted with we are closed will be happy to serve you tomorrow morning at 10:30. Went inside to order. No employee had on a name tag no manager in sight. I ordered my food to go and another couple ordered behind me. Waited forever to get my food and the couple behind me got their food first. A guy asked the girl on line how long on my good and her reply was when I get to it. They were having to go into the walk in cooler to get stuff for the line because it wasn't set up yet. People were bringing cups up to the counter for tea because it wasn't made for the dinning room yet. Drink nozzles were not on the Pepsi machine so when ppl went to get drinks they were sprayed. Our food after waiting forever was made wrong got a supreme Burrito with stake and it had a TON of beans in it and only like 3 pcs of meat. Worst...
