T-Mobile in travelers rest beside Molina’s service people in this location are the friendliest and most educated to be able to help customers! They are quick and kind. I have visited other locations actually today only to be told I had to wait outside of the Taylors Wade Hampton location beside of the target... the manager came out apologizing at first for the store policy and masks bc I am medically unable to wear a mask. Then he stepped out again to tell me I couldn’t wait on the sidewalk. He then carried 2 metal chairs outside and set them in the grass median for me and a 6 yr old to sit in. I was on the phone w my sister and she asked me what the f was going on. Immediately this manager started telling me he was stunned I would use this language in front of bc my child. (Assuming 2 things: 1 it was me that said the f word and 2 it was my child.) He also informed me he had 5 children of his own and stood beside the person who was helping me with the T-Mobile issue I was having. It turned out he said he could not help me. And told me to call the 611 number that had a 2 hr wait time. I changed years ago... nearly 20 now to T-Mobile because of their customer service from Verizon. It seems like T-Mobile’s new Sprint acquisition may have brought management with them that is not of the culture T-Mobile has worked so hard to develop! Additionally the manager of this store in Taylors informed me he was being filmed on his performance that is why I had to move off the sidewalk. This manager should have been also recorded but knew he was not because he would have shown a bit of kindness and not decide to impromtly give me a parenting lesson for something he incorrectly thought I said! Once again that is why I will continue to do my business at the ONLY at travelers Rest T-Mobile location next to Molina’s! If I could rate 2 locations I would give zero stars to T-Mobile Taylors in front...
Read moreThe worst :( We came in so I could get added on my husband’s plan. Dylan wasn’t super helpful, but told us to come back in a few weeks to a certain day (6/17) due to pro rate it would be better. We come in on 6/17 and Monica helps us. Dylan was there as well and checked my phone to make sure it was unlocked and says we should be good to go (come to find out, it was not unlocked). Monica helped us with a promotion plan and we picked out screen protectors and an iPhone 13. Monica has to call and get us set up and shocker we are then told it’s better for us to wait until 6/19 due to the pro rates…. Monica tells us to come back then and we schedule an appointment to come back that day (3rd visit) and that she would put the things in a locked vault for us to come back to get. We showed up on 6/19 at our appointment time to finish our purchase. Dylan is there and Monica (who scheduled this with us is not) Dylan then gives us a hard time about helping us out bc “he gave her permission to help us with the sale and he needs her permission to help us” ….. ?? We scheduled to come back this day and time with Monica?? If she isn’t here then we should still receive help?! Then we find out that after waiting 20 minutes for them to get into the safe that they had sold the iPhone 13 that was in the safe and they didn’t have anymore. 3 times we came to this location to receive help and received none. No longer going there for help. Worst customer...
Read moreAfter spending 8 hours at this store, I left exhausted. At some point during the transaction I was told by the MANAGER that I would have to pay some large fees up front. She reassured me several times that the money would be returned to me through monthly discounts on my bill. So the plan was to pay upfront and get refunded over time.
After months had passed and still no signs of any refund, I went to the store again and inquired about the situation. She explained that it takes time, but that I would be receiving that money back.
I decided to call the T-mobile main offices where I was told that there is no refund coming and that the manager gave me false information on the day of the transaction. WHAT?!?!?! How could a manager not have accurate information and essentially take money from me!
Obviously, I’m furious. She was dishonest at the time of purchase, and then again when I visited her a few months later and she gave me the same story.
Had she been honest up front about the fact that I would not ever see my money again, I absolutely would not have proceeded with the transaction....
