Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Traverse City

If I could give it a ZERO star rating for first impressions, I would. Traverse City could use another good sandwich shop, but this one was a total disappointment. Walked in and was blasted in the face by the music, way too loud, and I have a 35% hearing loss. Stood in line for a few minutes and the line never moved. I could see that the order taker was having trouble hearing the customers order over the music. Place was a mess. Dirty tables and no one in the dining area wiping them down. My suggestion is that they change the station and turn the volume way down. Clean the place up. I hear that the chain has good sandwiches, but I guess I won't find out here in Traverse City. I know Jersey Mike's from other locations and so feel, in my experience, that my giant size cheese steak was underportioned, just a tiny rivulet of meat swimming in a sea of bread. It was good, it just barely existed. I'd like to go back and give it another chance, but each time I've wanted to order, the phone number went to a voicemail which indicated they were too busy to answer, which means that if I wanted something I'd need to go stand in a line inside a box of covid to wait to get it, and when I called just now, the line went right to a message which simply said there is no voicemail message. I am giving it two stars because I like Jersey Mike's and just wish I could access...

Went to the Traverse City Mi location after loving the food at another location and we were not only disappointed but I was very offended by the snot nose kid "running" the place. We waited 20 minutes only to find out they mistakenly put my sub in someone else's to go order. I only found this out because I questioned where our food was since there were no customers in the place and nobody was making any food. I was told that I was disrespectful, rude, and had memory loss issues. Whata disrespectful little jerk. Got a refund and won't be returning there again. We went down the street and had good food and service in a warm...
