Slow,zero customer service......these people do not have the mental capacity to prepare a sandwich to order which is sad because thats their job.Im being serious.All of them walking around slow like thats the last place they wanted to be.No sense of urgency to get orders out.Both my sandwiches were NOT made to order and missing condiments but piled on with lettuce that I said I didnt want,my "large" curly fries container wasnt even 3/4 full,and when they handed my drink out the window (they werent even looking when they did)it had soda dripping from it onto my arm and my car door,employees were slow,very unprofessional and unkept.Im the only one that said thank you.So thank you Arbys for taking my $12.39 for 2 sandwiches that werent what I ordered,a half container of curly fries,and a Coke that tasted like sugar water.And PLEASE arbys,dont come on here with that "were so sorry.......please use the link below..." horsesht.For what????? Update 3/4/23 Stopped to pick up a meal for my son who had 30 minutes. I ordered a chicken sandwich, chicken strips, curly fries, and mozzarella sticks. I paid and was asked to pull around as they made fresh chicken. 15 minutes later, YES 15, they FINALLY brought my order to me. I guess they had to kill the chicken first. By the time I got his order to him he only had about 15 minutes left to eat. Sorry, but I've worked in restaurants and know it DOES NOT take that long to cook a fried chicken sandwich or tenders!! Read moreThe manager at Arby's is snippy with ppl. Call on phone about food not being right or to ask a price on something and she has an attitude every time. Then ..on top of that, she automatically hangs up on ppl after talking snotty. Wow. Any other Arby's are friendly. It's mgr Kate or Kaitlyn (whichever she goes by)that I'm speaking of. This has been ongoing. I decided to finally say something. They lost our service. Also the curly fries suck. Too greasy. They are perfect at other Arby's. Troy Arby's sucks.
