This store, it's workers, and it's manager are extremely sad. They have a groupon and they don't want to honor it even though it specifically says Oakland Mall. The girls are barely trained standing around like have no clue. They refused to give us (customer) the managers real name. They didn't know how to enter the groupon and when they called their manager, he tried to scam the customers. We paid for the groupon at $7.00 (two nuggets and two lemonade a) but he wanted the customers to pay an additional 4.20!! Which is the original value once done! Auntie Anne's lemonade is delicious and refreshing however the attitudes of the people working at the Oakland mall location were not. Their attitudes were being directly influenced by the owner. He had a terrible attitude and it rubbed off on everyone around him and it was clear to see. I understand about the pandemic working situation however, if I'm spending my money, the last thing I want is someone giving me terrible service at full price. Over icing the cup then not filling it all the way. Then catching an attitude because I said something. This is no longer Auntie Anne's Pretzels. This is now Ben's Soft Pretzels. The first time I ever experienced Ben's Soft Pretzels was in Shipshewana, Indiana. The quality and size of the pretzels are above and beyond Auntie Anne's pretzels. Let's just say that you get what you pay for. Instead of paying a lot of money for nothing you actually get substance. The Pretzels are huge! Not only that, but the people at Ben's soft pretzel are very kind, especially in the Oakland Mall.
