This was one of the worst experiences while dining out in a long time. I hear I should not expect much at such a place, however, I beg to differ. Any establishment that deals with customers should have superb customer service at all times. It was Fathers Day and the father had a taste for a dish on Chili's menu. Fast forward... We had a very large party. Half of us got our food prepped right at the beginning, the other half did not, which as a result had to be sent back. One of the dishes was served on a completely filthy plate. Yuck! Only one dish came back properly (after being sent back). The others never got their food back, and the one dish that did come back was dropped off to the wrong person. We brought this to the servers attention, she immediately displayed and attitude. She demonstrated extremely poor customer service skills. I'm sure she most likely had a long day before we arrived, but you should never make the customer feel like they don't have a right to convey to you that their dish came out wrong. I ordered a veg burger with only cheese, oinion, and a side of honey mustard. My burger came out with everything on it. The server suggested that they can just knock everything off, and Change the buns... I have severe allergies so I order the way that I do for a reason. Cross contamination to some can mean the difference between life and death, so no one in the food business should ever take special orders for granted. When I asked the server to have the cook re-make the burger, she pretty much just stormed away very irratated and said "ok" as she walked off. Why such an attitude? No one blamed her for any mishaps, we just wanted our food properly made. At some point, we brought our concerns to the attention of a Manager who most likely needs more training, as well as the entire staff that handled us that day. She didn't offer an apology or anything. It was quite sad to be honest. I had kids at the table who were starving and couldn't eat. The conclusion of my table was due to the poor attitude of the server, they would not tip her. I agree that she had a poor attitude, but out of the goodness of my own heart, despite her poor disposition, I still tipped her at least 20% for the one out of three meals on my order that actually came out correctly. I just hope that this establishment will look into some customer service, back of the house, and management training. I will never visit this place again. You get repeat customers based upon great customer service skills. Even with bad food and great service, you will get repeat customers at most...
Read moreMy experience at this Chilis has been a disgrace! It took almost 10 minutes to be seated, I came in as a party of 1. After I was seated it took my waitress Rachel about 5-10 minutes to come over to me to even greet meet. She took my drink and food order at the same time. I ordered a triple dipper w/ Texas cheese fries. My drink came out quick, about 15-20 minutes go by she walks past me with drinks for another table and my Texas style fries. After she dropped the drinks off and talked for about 5 minutes she came and dropped off my fries. I let this go, as I’m eating my fries I’m noticing that people who came in AFTER me are receiving their meals, even a table I came was sat 3 mins after received their food and was in dessert by the time I stopped Rachel and told her that I no longer wanted my food anymore! Before hand she never came back to check on me see I if I needed anything had she did that she would have noticed that I didn’t have my food! She says that she thought someone from the kitchen ran my food out! I tell her that at this point I don’t want it, she then goes to the back saying that I wouldn’t have to pay and gets my food. This still takes her 10 minutes to do. She comes out the back with a Togo box saying that I can go and basically not pay for my bill. At this point I don’t want ANYTHING from this restaurant! I then ask to speak to a manager Chris who was very unprofessional! Y'all have just ANYBODY working ANYWHERE at this point! & all he says was “you don’t have to pay for your bill & that my food was bumped off the screen” which was the reason why I sat there for 45 MINUTES without my food. I let them know that I didn’t want any of the food and I let them know I would be making a review & calling corporate! OF COURSE their corporate number does not work so I had to submit a request! We will see if they call back, but I’m not holding my breath! I never write bad reviews EVER! But today I had time! Bring back good workers with GREAT customer service! I hope they shut this location down! Yes I am that pissed! & idk if their real names are Chris & Rachel you never know these days when it comes to people taking accountability...
Read more(WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD)!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never had as bad as an experience with dining in as this Chili's today. When we walked in it took awhile to get greeted and our drink orders taken. There was a foul smelling odor lingering around the restaurant and we honestly should have walked out then. Our server was not friendly at all and did not check up on us once. One of our dinners had hair in the food and it took almost an hour to get a new one without any updates. We did not receive and refills until we had to ask 3 different times. The cheese was plastic and I could tell my sides for my fajitas were old and not fresh at all. We arrived to Chili's around 8pm and did not walk out of there until 10pm. 2 hours of money wasted. The waiter told us he took the pasta off the bill since it took long but then never took it off and did not return to our table to get the issues resolved. We decided we were not waiting any longer and just paid the bill. This was the worst experience ands I will never go back to this chili's again. The bathrooms had trash all over them, had missing doors, no soap and the doors did not lock. It should not take 2 hours to eat at chili's and it was not even busy. I am very upset and never wish this kind of disgusting service on anyone. No one cleaned our table and we felt cluttered. We put some dishes on the side rail next to us and then they decided to sit someone on the other side of that rail and STILL NOT TAKE THE EMPTY PLATES.
