Hey I’m here to talk about how I recently got food poisoning yesterday so I had been hungry and I went to chipotle Mexican grill the location was 3129 Crooks Rd, Troy, MI 48084 I’ve ordered a burrito bowl online to pick up from inside the restaurant and I I’ve ordered white rice, with chicken,black beans,tomato salad, sour cream,fajita veggies,cheese,lettuce,and chips with tomato salsa and mind you when I’ve picked it up from inside the place was clean in my opinion but obviously not I went in the car and I ate my burrito bowl and on my second scoop I got chicken that was soft and I believe it was raw and also there was 2 pieces of hair when I I’ve opened it this was around 6-7 pm and it was 4/12/23 I got home and i took the hairs out and ate it and I went home and took a nap and when I woke up I had a very bad fever and my stomach started to hurt to I took Tylenol but didn’t help I went back to sleep and woke up around 11 pm and started vomiting the food out and then I thought I felt better so I went to sit on the couch and started vomiting and at this point I knew it was food poisoning and was really disappointed and then my stomach started to hurt and felt like throwing up more and my brother called the ambulance and they rushed me to the emergency hospital and when I arrived they’re were no rooms all full and I sat down and started throwing up more I probably threw up like 5-6 times and the nurses and doctors said it was food poisoning and they gave my iv and nausea medication and by the way I arrived at the hospital at like 12 and I didn’t leave until 5-6 am in the morning and doctored suggested to not go to school this place gotta be checked out or closed down and I don’t have any food...
Read moreI rarely leave a negative review but I feel the need to based on the last 10 experiences I’ve had at this establishment. Staff- rude & sooo unprofessional. Yesterday I witnessed staff throw food at a customer. The manager came out and told the customer that they basically didn’t care. Cleanliness- garbage overflowing every single time, hot sauce bottles caked with old product, garbage & old food littering the floor underneath fountain soda machine on every single occasion. Delivery & pick up orders- ALWAYS WRONG. I’m not kidding every. single. time. This last time I was there a man walked in with his Uber eats order that was delivered and there was 3 entrees made with the wrong meat choices! The staff told him they would remake the bowls and he was still waiting after we finished eating 25 mins later. (It was NOT busy…2 ppl in the line at a time max) Food- usually the redeeming quality but at this store I would rather not order at all than eat what they’re serving. Chicken is always burnt, sofritas are either completely dried out or so watery it looks like soup. Always at least one thing “not available” Cheese,lettuce,sour cream etc. In the last 6 months I’ve gone about 10 times as it is right next to my house. Never once has the honey v salad dressing been available. When I finally asked about it they told me their blender has been broken….but for 6 months? In summation just avoid this location. I LOVE chipotle but this one is enough to make you never come back to any...
Read moreI will no longer spend my money at this Chipotle location. I was just there for 20 minutes for an order that was placed online only to find out it wasn't ready. The front doors are LOCKED even though it was 12:30 pm. The sign says only taking mobile orders. There is NOTHING stating that you need to go to the OTHER side of the building (and not use the main entrance). Although there were 6 people at the door trying to open it and the staff saw them, no one responded to motion them to go to the side of the building NOR did anyone even go to unlock the front doors. When we all got inside the building, we were not greeted by the associates. No one acknowledged us. People who had questions asked the young thin black male preparing the orders and he ignored the customers and would only speak to his co-worker. People who placed their orders online 40 minutes ago were still waiting. People were standing there confused and INSTEAD of clarifying/explaining things to the people who couldn't figure out what was going on, they completely ignored people. After 20 minutes of standing there, FINALLY a nice guy with braids came from the back and started making sure that everybody's orders were placed and in the process of being made. I mean, if the other guy (who wouldn't talk to people) can't deal with the public, then maybe his raggedy tail needs to stay in the back and out of sight. Bring the people with personality and who can talk and work at the same time...
