I was with my wife and two kids there, order through online with our smart phone three thin crust pizzas. Waited 30 minutes. My kids were hungry and crying. Picked up the pizzas and the toddler started eating the pizza in the car while I was driving. When we got home two of the pizza were burned completely. The kid was so hungry he ate the pizza like that. I was very upset that how can you just give us burned pizza. Called the dominos on Rochester rd., Troy, MI. Mary was the pizza maker and the one that answered the phone. Very rude.. She was like not me that boxed the pizza, I can make you new ones but you have to pick them up again. My father went there and returned the burned pizza since we were busy with the kids. Mary the "pizza maker" told my dad you ate some of the pizza, so you want some more ehh. I was shocked when my dad told me..the kid ate 4 thin crust slices total. That kind of rudeness should not be working anywhere. I don't think we will be going there again. Very rude and...
Read morePlaced an order 11:50 PM after checking with manager if they deliver. Made sure they deliver at this time. After confirming, placed the order, got an email saying the order was being prepared and waited and waited and waited. No notifications, no calls. Following morning, called up the location, a different manager spoke, not a word of apology. Not a word. I was told the order was never even placed. After the manager went thru the order , I was told the order was cancelled. When asked why there was no notification, I was told they would have to check with the driver.

From the moment we raised a concern about our order, the manager responded with an alarming level of attitude and dismissiveness. We didn’t catch her name but she was short with glasses. Instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue, she was condescending and visibly irritated, brushing us off like our presence was an inconvenience. It’s incredibly disappointing when someone in a leadership position chooses to escalate tension rather than diffuse it.
If you’re looking for a place with not just good food but also a welcoming, respectful environment, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Hospitality matters, and unfortunately, it was sorely...
