Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Troy

No more ordering from Marcos in Troy Ohio. Usually pretty decent service. But today an older man delivers and we only asked for 2 bucks back so that he could have a tip. So he took off mask and was running off with my money. Umm...I only get ssi and me and my kids needed something to eat. So I told the guy put mask back on. He replied: it's not in the instructions. Omg have common sense! Mgr did not care. He told her a different story. Why do I need all this time consuming drama just for food! Mgr said everyones temps are taken before clocking in. Umm...what's that have to do with him not following procedure!! There's more then just covid 19 going around so if you're working around food keep masked up no matter what! I studied the food industry back in the 80s and my son's dad has been a restaurant mgr over 30 years. So, I'm not stupid and don't need treated as though I am. I'm betting none of these delivery ppl ever studied restaurant op or anything. I know who is above Everyone. Mgr didn't obviously think I had a right to be upset. We waited over half hour for Nothing but drama and lies. They don't even deserve half a star today. See how just one person can mess it up for life? Am finished here. Even my Dad won't order again due to this and I'm telling my friends. Btw we gave them another chance and the food was not right this time geez!! I told them and a young lady took my number saying ok owner would be in touch. Never heard back. Called twice more was told same thing. So just yesterday called one last time trying to find out why no call back as promised. I had to talk to a girl who said she was mgr then afterwards she gives phone to a young man...who said no she is not mgr. Had to go over entire thing again just to be told that they don't make calls back!? Umm they are the ones told me I would get a call back. Obviously business is only a game to them and you have to wonder why owner doesn't view these reviews and contact customers. But it's ok I am finished dealing with their drama they are very...

I gave it another go, and I was happy with the food but they keep changing the website. I like my cheesy bread well done and that is not an option anymore. Who likkes a mouth full of half done pizza dough! I ask for a few plates and napkins but didn't get them again.

I had a 50% off deal so I decided to try them again. I don't see how it's so hard not to screw up pizza. I ordered "light bake, light sauce" and the sauce was so far from the edge it looked funny. They just slopped all sauce in the middle - as well as the toppings. COME ON PEOPLE! everything was in a glob in the middle, covered by the extra cheese I ordered. I ordered a ham n cheese for the next day and ask for "no mayo", but they put it on...

I just want to say how above and beyond Marcos employees went today (as always). I found a lost dog in their parking lot as I was getting out to go pick up my order. Being close to a busy street I didn’t want to leave the dog outside or unattended in my car. I had my toddler with me and just couldn’t figure out what to do. My husband (at home) called Marcos to see if any employee would rescue me by coming out to my car to take my payment and to then return with our food. They did with no hesitation, no sour faces, nothing but a smile being happy to help. Marcos, keeping hiring the best of the best in your staff. I will go no where else for pizza. Ya’ll kill...
