If I could rate 0 I would. We placed an online order, arrived, checked in & waited an appropriate amount of time. The person brought out an order and told us here you go have a good day! We told him that it was not our order. We had several breakfast sandwiches and two drinks - the order he brought out was one small bag and an orange juice. When we told him that wasn't our order he argued & said well you're parked in spot number 1 so this IS your order. Turns out the order belonged to the vehicle in spot 2 not 1. He assured us that he would be right back out with our order. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, I had reached my limit and went inside. The inside area was not open to the public at that time. When I approached the counter there were other people in their I assume they were delivery drivers for a service or something. I stood there quietly for a few minutes then heard the manager say this is waiting for number one and I spoke up and said is the order for spot 1 finally ready? We've been waiting a very long time. She responded with I'm trying to do everything here so yes you'll get it in just a minute! Needless to say I was very angry! When she brought the food to me it was slammed on the counter and she said have a good day without even looking at me or apologizing for the error.
I entered feedback on their website with all my order information and this story. I did receive an email response apologizing for what had happened and was assured that I would be contacted by the manager of that store to make things right. That was 3 weeks ago and I have yet to hear anything and I really don't expect to.
I understand the last few years have been trying for everyone, and most places don't have enough employees to fully operate their restaurants. However, there is no reason for anything like that to have happened and they're certainly should have been an apology made...
Read moreMe and my husband just went through the drive through and we ordered a number 2 and 2 sausage McMuffins with no cheese. Get our food and check it as we're pulling away and it says Sausage McMuffin no sausage on both of the sausage McMuffin wrappers. I think to myself surely it's a miss print. NOPE! Obviously I go in to return it because no one wants a piece of cheese slapped between a muffin for breakfast. Get in there and she's helping another customer so I wait show her what happened and explained and at first the lady seems just as dumbfounded as me until I make the comment that it's kinda unbelievable that they made a mistake like that because who orders a SAUSAGE MCMUFFIN with no sausage??!! And she actually had the audacity to look me in the face and say "You'd be surprised people do it." Are you kidding me?!!!! Then they start making all these other orders with wayyyy more components than a sandwich that consists of a sausage patty and bread. So at this point I'm getting furious. I stand there for another 6 minutes while waiting on them to make the sandwiches. Just for the initial lady to say hey can you make the sausage McMuffins now, I'm not joking when I say in no more than 30 SECONDS she slaps 2 sandwhiches together and slides them over to her. And the initial lady starts telling them about how they gave me 2 sandwhiches with no sausage and started LAUGHING ABOUT IT. Then had the audacity to try to say that she herself has ordered a sausage McMuffin with no sausage to try to justify it. Are you kidding? No one does that because McDonald's is still going to charge you the same price for the sandwhich and who in their right mind would spend that much on a sandwich that doesn't contain the main component?!!!! Unbelievable. Worst McDonald's I've EVER been to. I would rather drive 20 minutes away than ever go to this...
Read moreThis most recent time was absolutely ridiculous.. To start, the drive thru woman rang up our cookies wrong so that instead of charging us for 2, 2 packs, she charged us for 2, 1 packs so it ended up being more money. I pointed out out, she said she would fix it, but she didn't. Then we realize she didn't add a 4 piece nugget we had asked for. So she had us pay separately for it. When we got to the next window they pulled us forward to wait on our fries ... Then I see on the sticker that she rang us up for a small, not a large. So I say okay I'll just give that to the kids and I'll go order another large inside. While I'm in there the food comes out so I get my fries and go. We get home and realize that my husband was missing the fry that goes with the $5 bag as well as the BBQ sauce that was supposed to come with his nuggets. There were things missing or ordered wrong every step of the way. I never call restaurants or write reviews but this really was ridiculous. I tried calling and they hung up on me twice. So I came here to write this review. The woman in the drive thru shouldn't be taking orders until she knows what she is doing. And the people bagging need to check what's in the bags before they go out. I've worked at McDonald's and it's not that hard honestly. The only positive was that the fries were actually well done and the cookies were...
