Wendy's — Restaurant in Troy

Stopped in around 4:00 pm on July 5, 2024 to use the bathroom and buy a frosty, the bathroom reeked of urine, it was downright awful, it wasn't fresh urine either, it smelled like someone peed all over the walls two weeks ago and it was just left to ferment. After leaving the bathroom, I walked into the dining area, now being skeptical about purchasing food I looked around. Many of the tables had pieces of food under them, mostly bits of fries, the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in days, where the floor meets the walls and other stationary objects, like table legs, filth was caked into the crevices, clearly when it does rarely get mopped, it's not done with any care. I saw enough, left without making a purchase, something I rarely ever do, it's generally a rule with me that if I stop to use a bathroom, I make a purchase, but this restaurant was just too disgusting. At 4:00 pm, the store should be ready for the dinner rush, cleaned and presentable, they were not busy, I didn't think there were even any orders, there's no excuse, at least one manager at this store...

Absolute garbage place with an absolute garbage GM named Tony! I was hired almost a month ago and I’ve called nonstop and texted him nonstop to try to see when I can work for him to tell me that he would call me back and then never get back to me. I did get the wonderful privilege of working there for one day just to be trained by a teenager that didn’t know what he was doing because he had just started and while I was there I didn’t see a single person wash their hands. Every time I washed my hands at any of the stations there were no paper towels, which let me know that nobody ever washes her hands there. The place on the inside is just filthy and clearly never gets cleaned! They were flies that we’re landing on the lids that were turned right side up, so I flipped them down that way there at least wouldn’t be fly feces on them! Definitely wouldn’t recommend...

Employee at the drive-thru window was VERY RUDE!! She opened the window and said, "Yeah" to me instead of greeting me with a proper greeting. Asked her if that's how she greets every customer, and she said "yeah"!! I told her it's rude, and she just stared at me. I asked her for her name and she wouldn't give it to me. Told me I didn't need it and closed the window on me. I waited at the window until a manager came to the window and I told him how she behaved. There was no apology from him until I asked if he planned to apologize. His name is Tony, and since I don't have the girls name to post, she was a white girl with piercings all over her face.
