Let me start off by saying the lady who checked you in the light skin heavy set woman is cruel. She is mean and she’s a liar. I didn’t know the rules of the situation so I asked the woman out front. Yes, I Uber here. But I’m gonna have my girlfriend pick me up. Because I have a six month old baby and a 10-year-old son and it’s hot so she picks me up. The woman felt it was necessary to go over and harass, my wife, my baby and my 10 year-old son about picking me up. Meanwhile, I’m in there shopping and she comes in there and tries to embarrass me dude people are already kind of embarrassed getting food and then for her to do that is so mean it’s cruel. I don’t understand how they can keep heartless person like that and I’ve been there multiple times to make sure their clients have had phones because I was their phone guy people go through struggles and they don’t need that just to get food embarrass me in there I’m gonna ask for the footage cause I understand that I can subpoena and that was wrong that place is supposed to be a safe place for people getting food. Not some woman who goes out to my girlfriend’s car and harasses her and my child and my son. Especially when they run on federal grant money. Or individual donations. I don’t understand why anybody would want to donate to a place like that with her there. And it’s not the first time I’ve heard problems about her when I was selling phones there there were so many people who said she was rude. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just put someone who is kinda nicer maybe even younger or even older because everyone else is on their job and such a kind people, but she. Is completely wrong for what she did. Then she banned me for returning because I didn’t understand the driving process because I wrote an Uber and got picked up I’m gonna cause a problem about this when every place in every site in everywhere I’m going to talk about this I wasn’t there to even really get food. I was actually there to just see how the process worked because I worked for an individual. Donation company. Now and I’m gonna recommend we do not donate to this place and we’d recommend any other just because of her. Have a good day front desk, lady. You can’t ban someone who doesn’t never use your services. You can’t ban someone who just hungry Good job mid Ohio market you officially the worst I recommend everyone skip this place. And there’s no food in there skip it you’re wasting your time if you have a family or...
Read moreThis is an absolutely wonderful pantry. The waiting room is very small, holds a desk and about 6 lawn chairs, but that is just fine because they are always on time with appointments. And, no mind to the waiting room because the love here is BIG. Its run mostly by elders, all unpaid volunteers simply helping to give back. This pantry is my favorite, because it is quick and easy and they bag all of your groceries and load them for you and you dont even need to leave your car while groceries are being loaded. The selection is amazing. They offer dairy free and gluten free options and i often find high quality genuinely nutritious and tasty options. The pantry is located just past Main and Brice, on Main. Because HEART pantry is located next to many surrounding resturants and premium grocery retailers, this is where a lot of donations come from. Places like Giant Eagle, Longhorn Steakhouse, and local Salons donate hair care products and toilitries also. There are limited items for babies though. However, every pantry has its own target market, focus, and community needs. If ypi aee a senior citizen, you have priority in line and in selection of food. The food is given in abundance of quanity, qualtity, and love. Staff is very kind and curteous and helpful. We are thankful. My second favoriye pantry is Center of Hope in Whitehall... you can clothes...
Read moreIt was my first time here, had no idea what to do was helping a guy that's literally living on a air mattress on the sidewalk to help get some food. So here's what to do now that I know. Park at the Kroger across the street from DQ. 15 minutes before they start, a Reynoldsburg Police officer will remove the chain and move over the cones to allow cars access to the long dirt road that leads to the pantry. You come up on a stop sign and wait there until one of the food pantry volunteers comes up to remove the cones and waves you through. You then park in the back of the building, grab a cart and go through the front. Thank you guys for understanding it was my first time and now that I know how to do it I will always make sure to do it this way. I pray the guy I am helping will get back on his feet soon by the grace and mercy of God. And always giving praise to the Most High and...
