Frankly, what is happening in your stores is indescribable. But let me say one thing: if there is no management to put an end to this chaos, you will soon find no one walking into your stores.
On 08/16/2025, I went to the drive-thru and the service was completely halted for a significant amount of time, and no one responded. After some time, I said “hello”, and an employee finally responded, asking me to wait. After a long delay, the employee came back and asked about my order. My colleague began ordering his own meal, but the female employee refused and insisted that I must place the order myself and not my colleague.
I tried to explain to her that he has his own order, and I have my own, but it was no use. I then asked to speak with the manager. She responded rudely, saying “I am the manager.”
I parked the car, got out, and entered the store to speak directly with the manager and raise my concerns about the employee’s behavior. To my surprise, the same employee rushed over, raising her voice, saying “I’m the manager.”
I politely asked to know her name — she refused. I kept asking respectfully, and she kept refusing. She had no visible name tag. When I asked again for her name, she said rudely: “I don’t have a name.”
Eventually, I left the store and was able to note down the name of her colleague working next to her: Kimi

We was dinning in me my mother and my 3yr old son .. when we ordered it took like 2 mins .. fries cook for 3 to 4 mins . So not possible they was fresh.. then the chz meat or fries was cold .. she touched are food with no gloves and said the cook didnt do his job .. then proceeded to be nasty to my mom .. said she didnt care about a refund didnt hurt her feelings .. u had no hair net on with ur long braids ... no one I MEAN NO ONE WAS FRIENDLY EXCEPT THE ASIAN MAN (WONDERFUL) and yet I was so disrespected. . I pay money for HOT AND GOOD FOOD and they expect me to want it from a microwave. .. I can do that at my house .... just awful!! Will NEVER RETURN!! Sharesa needs to have a customer service lesson or just be fired bc she doesn't kno how to talk to paying customers or her employees right . Read moreI just went the Arby’s on Gadsden Hwy. Located near Trussville Al. This is by far the worst Arby’s I’ve ever shopped at. They don’t deserve the 1 star I gave. This wasn’t the first time I had TRIED to purchase food at this location! The employees are busy entertaining each other. I sat behind a white truck, what felt like forever. The truck was there when I got in-line ,after it waited forever too, it just left.i tried to place my order but it was so loud in the restaurant I had to keep repeating, but finally she said she had my order. Then I got to where one pays and picks up order, there was one customer in front of me that was waiting and waiting! By now I realized I did want any food from this Arby’s as they are very incompetent!! So I left, went to the restaurant next door to them and ordered and got my food in less than 15 minutes.
