I visited Brecotea a couple of weeks ago and since then I have already placed a delivery order and sang its praise to everyone. They truly swept me off my feet, not just with delightful concoctions but also with a heartwarming ambiance. Brecotea won me over with delectable offerings and left me in awe of the enchanting atmosphere. Brecotea's cozy haven is a perfect spot for events and fashion shows. Intimate and inviting ambiance transforms it into an ideal venue for various occasions. Decor embraces you, creating an environment that elevates the entire experience. Charming decor, and staff trio, led by dynamic Ariel, knew every product and exuded passion, making the whole experience memorable. Impressed by youthful enthusiasm radiating from the team. When young minds take ownership, magic happens, and at Brecotea, they've truly harnessed that vibrant energy. Knowledgeable staff not only demonstrated familiarity with every product but also exuded a passion that resonated throughout the establishment, rare these days.What captivated me was contagious enthusiasm emanating from the youthful team. Witnessing these individuals take ownership and infuse their energy into Brecotea was nothing short of magical. Sincere advice to owners: let these rising stars shine – their commitment is a testament to the potential for sustained success. Now, let's delve into gastronomic delights that left an indelible mark on my taste buds. Recommendations by crew were nothing short of culinary brilliance – from velvety custard to ethereal macaroons and boba tea-inspired smoothie, each choice was a revelation. It's the macaroons that truly stole the show. Allow me to emphasize – these are, without a doubt, the finest macaroons I have ever had the pleasure of tasting, and my culinary journey has been extensive. Heartbroken over multiple locations because services and offerings almost always denigrate immediately. Personally, perfect your vision then spread out, but what do I know lol. Why not develop the existing locations? Which is One of my biggest pet peeves. Also, where's your IG presence? Let the young people promote the store they represent, invite some local bloggers. Open your spot for salsa night, the sky's the limit! Just some free ideas, hit me up when you franchise, lol.

I have visited this location with my son quite a bit. My son loves to get Boba here. The employees were very helpful & nice. However, our last visit that was not the case. We came in again on Thursday January 5, 2023. My five year old son always gets his go to Boba. Which, is the oreo milk tea Boba. (WITHOUT THE BLACK TEA). I was always told I didn't have to get the tea as it was for my son & how they offer many different unique flavors/combinations. As, a paying customer I should be able to add & remove whatever I didnt want. The gentleman that was working refused to make my son his oreo Boba without the tea. He was rather rude about it & stated they are not allowed to remove ingredients out of the drinks. I stated I came in many times before & always got the same drink for my son & the prior employees always said I can customize & remove whatever I didn't want. Besides, I was paying for it. There should have been no issues with me simply saying "no tea please". He refused at make the drink without the tea. I don't know what his problem was. I then asked him if the drinks were already "premade". In the case that they were then I could understand. He said they were made to order. At that point, I nicely asked "is there a manager I can speak with"? He then said something & I couldn't makeout what he said so I had asked if he can repeat what he said. He then said he would just go ahead & make it without the tea but to not expect that drink without tea next time. Really? It took me asking to speak with a manager for him to all of a sudden say he would make it. I was honestly confused & upset that he would give me hard time over making a drink that I was paying for. I clearly paid for it & he made it without the tea. My son was happy & we left. Again, I was really thrown off by this gentlemens service. I have a severe mango allergy, I called to ask about cross contamination with the milk tea, The person that answered the phone was so helpful and told me to add in the comments on my door dash order “mango allergy please sterilize equipment” unfortunately Doordash didn’t allow to add special instructions so I placed the order then called back and the same young lady answered the phone and I explained and told her the name on the order and she was again super friendly and told me she had it covered 😁. I got the brûlée brown sugar milk boba tea and it was absolutely delicious. I wish I asked her to mention her in this review(if management sees this it was the evening of 10/22 so please thank that employee 🤗 Update, I’m addicted to this place and have physically visited as well as ordered it many times through Doordash since posting the first review, each time calling they are always pleasant and very passionate about making sure there is no cross contamination with mango so much in fact that someone today out this very sweet not on an item I ordered and that shows how above and beyond they go for their customers.
