Iâve stopped going to this Starbucks inside Target because their hours are completely inconsistent, depending on whoâs working. Today was the final straw. I arrived at 7:50 PM, and Jordwynn told me they were closed. When I pointed out that theyâre supposed to close at 8 PM, her response was, âWeâre closing 5 minutes early.â I responded, âItâs 7:50,â but it didnât matter.
This location has closed as early as 7:00 PM before. If you close at 8 PM, close at 8 PM. If you want to close earlier, update your website and hours accordinglyâbut at least be consistent. I believe her name was Lordynn but it could have said Jordyn (she had stickers on her badge) attitude was completely unfriendly and nonchalant about the situation.
Iâll be calling the GM, Joyce (as that is who show told me was the manager) as well as the corporate office because this is unacceptable. I shouldnât have to leave Target and go down the street to another Starbucks location just because employees here decide not to follow posted hours.

Instead of just remaking the drink you want to go around and around about who took the drink and questioning me as if I was lying. Then ask what was my name but my name was never asked when purchasing the starbucks because Lena head was in the clouds flirting with the previous customer.
