Don't ever work here!!! The staff make up stories and go to management and management believes it. I was recently terminated for not being able to call out sick when I had lost my voice. I made ample attempts to contact supervisors and was told that I needed to call the store even after I had informed management that I had no voice. My hours were reduced and then terminated after I had been offered more hours and advanced training which the GM balked on. Employees are treated like trash and given extra tasks putting them behind on their normal every day tasks and then reprimanded for not doing their job. If you use the restroom more than once a shift you are accused of spending more than half your shift in the restroom. I have seen management level employees using marijuana vapes not just on the property but in the building during shift. Employees that bend over backwards for the store are given no recognition of any kind and any time anyone raises question about things they are met with dismissal or termination. I came in to redeem a coupon for my 1 year on the mailing list and she rolled her eyes at me and told her manager it was a "lame coupon" she was very hostile through the entire transaction and told me that my small drink was going to cost $4.11 when I asked her about and asked her to read my coupon she told ME to read it like I was an idiot. At this point I'm pretty irritated and ask her manager for the survey to take, she interrupts me talking to him and tells me that "she has a survey on her phone" the manager basically just tried to distract me and tell me about the other great deals on the mailing list but at that point I was already angry for the way I was treated, I took my order and I left. Read moreI used to really love eating at Arby's, but unfortunately over time, Arby's seems to only project it's dismissive commitment to quality, and sadly the importance of quality is lost on this chain. I found the food pricey and the buns on both of my sandwiches were obviously visibly dry, bordering on being stale. What l was served should have never left the kitchen and reflected as a professional embarrassment to the person who pretend to care when they prepared my meal. There was no problem with my payment so why is there always a problem with Arby's food? I'd be ashamed to mistreat the person who prepared my food in this manor but the staff apparently has zero issues with mistreating paying customers with anything but thier best efforts. Obviously there is no pride in what they do and there's obviously no shame in what they serve. Vast room for any improvement, but first you need to care enough to want to do better.
