I was looking forward to buying some Krispy Kreme donuts for almost a month. When I saw a good deal and free delivery. Ā I thought it was too good to be true. I even put it on my calendar. Krispy Kreme has always been a good place. I could always rely on to always provide me with good donuts.
At least thatās what It was in the past. Im not sure when Krispy Kreme stopped trying to make customer happy. I just know that I could not be more disappointed.
I was so hungry. I stayed up all night long and was stupidly saving my appetite for some Krispy Kreme donuts. When the store opened I immediately opened the Krispy Kreme app.
The first thing I noticed was the deal was not a option on the menu. I figured maybe i was too early. So I waited around a half a hour and tried again. Still it just had the deal at the top of screen but not on the menu. I waited another hour. Same thing and now they donāt even have the original glazed donuts on the menu. I almost gave up but I tried again a little later and finally the deal was on the menu. I immediately tried to order it. I was so excited when I saw that my Order was successfully place! I opened the link to track my order via DoorDash. Everything was normal I thought. My dasher was at the Krispy Kreme for around 5 minutes. Then my order tracking screen turned into a your order was canceled screen and email. No communication from my dasher. Honestly I canāt explain how disappointed I was. And just to rub salt in a open wound. Zero I also still havenāt received any communication from Krispy Kreme. Or a refund for my order that I never received. I have tried calling the store like it says. Sadly no one has answered. I canāt leave a voicemail between it says the voicemail is full. I canāt find any other number or email or way to contact anyone at Krispy Kreme about this. I thought maybe when the transactions finalizes my money will be returned. Sadly The transaction is no longer pending and is fully completed.
So I basically paid for good I did not revive. I thought it was illegal to take money and say you are offering a good or service. Then not provide that good or service you said you would and keep the money that was supposed to be for the good or service you said you would provide. Am I crazy or when did that law change?
Obviously Iām still a little confused and upset over my experience.
Do yourselves a favor and NEVER ORDER...

I waited for 30 mins in there drive thru to pick up the donuts because online it told me their lobby was closed due to covid.. which was not true. I get up to the drive thru and tell them I'm here to pick up my order. The KRISPY KREME employee advise me they can not full fill my order because they only have 4 types of donuts left. I ask when are they going to make more because I am willing to come back later. Krispy Kreme says not until tomorrow. It's free donut day ..... so I tell them fine cancle my order and i will just get some free donuts. I get up to pick up my donuts and look in the bag. Guess what .......they did not give me the donuts I ordered 2 seconds ago. I question the guy at the front and asked why did you not give me the donuts I just asked for and he says "we are out of that kind" !!!!!!!!!!but he literally had just told me he had them when I ordered !!!!!! So instead of saying somthing about it..... he just threw in what ever they wanted !!!! The people that work at this store not only showed incompetents but lack of accountability with not even trying to remedy the situation. Which seems to be a theme for this company. I called their corporate office that day to file a complaint. Corporate advise me the store did not even cancle my order they could not for fill!!!! Good thing I called ! On top of it all I have been told on 3 seperate occasions that I will get a call back from a manger over the past 2 weeks. They have not called ! I have try to call the store and it goes to voicemail. I know it's just donuts but it's the blantent fact these people just dont care if they waste your time and they have taken 0 accountability about their shity service. Ā Ā Ā Read morePlaced an order online stopped by to pick them up. I noticed the boxes were very cold to the touch. To the point that I believe they are kept in a freezer or very cold refrigerator. I opened the box and the donuts were cold, and hard to the touch. As we all know Krispy Kreme is known for their hot and ready warm donuts. I decided to go inside and ask if these were refrigerated and already made on another day. The manager was called to talk to me. By the way she greeted me with a donut in her mouth and chewing as she spoke to me. I asked her if these were fresh and she told me no. We only have pre made donuts made at another location and brought to this one because our oven is broken. Our ovens she said have not worked in a long time we have not sold warm fresh donuts in a long time at this location. And, I would know this how!? Do I work there does she know how long it's been that I visited this location she assumed I knew this. Her additude was horrible I asked for a refund she was annoyed by that she was unprofessional and rude. If you want the real krispy kreme experience and want warm fresh donuts do not go to this location. You'll get cold old donuts and will be expected to know this. Don't waste your time driving there. No customer service whatsoever even though I believe I had a good reason to...
