I liked the food. One time they did mess up our order and came home without anything for my child and had to turn around and go back ended up eating cold food because they gave the bags but not the right order. The service is okay but not really the friendliest of staff when you walk in. They also have an old building so it's outdated and no outlets at least I've seen in the past two years to charge your phone for any reason. And for the cost of the food ...it's not always worth it, it's expensive, I only can afford to eat here with the coupons and they didn't even have an item I got a coupon for in the mail which was upsetting being the closet Arby's near me. Would rate 5 if staff was more friendly and if they building was more clean and warm and welcoming. When I ordered last in person I was treated like I was bothering them they were talking inappropriately using curse words and joking about customers in the drive thru. I thought that was messed up. 3 out of 5 until your staff can provide friendly service and wish the building was renovated into the Now not still from the 80s....Early 90s... Just saying. Place to change an electronic with an outlet is a biggie wish there were...
Read moreMade a trip through the drive-thru here yesterday. The young man taking my order was prompt, professional and extreamly polite. An oddity in today's world. At the window l was advised that "someone" had forgotten to make up the unsweetened tea for the day, and I'd have to wait until fresh tea was made. Not having an abundance of time to donate to the greater good, I instead cancelled my tea part of the order. Personally l would have "comped" a soft drink for thier mistakes, but hey "profits over people". It all worked out as I had a bottle of water in the car and besides my roast beef sandwich was superb. In a odd seldom seen effort in the post pandemic world, my food bag even contained napkins, and the correct sauce that I'd requested, how refreshing? People actually getting the condiments correct seems too often to be an unobtainable pipe dream. Arby's is always Arby's. It's a darn good sandwich, which you can buy one almost anywhere, but if you want customer service with your order, then you can't beat Arby's. It is the outstanding customer service that consistently makes this place flourish and shine well above its neighboring...
Read moreLove when I move near an Arby’s because I love their French dips. I’ve brought it up at the store but it doesn’t seem to have an effect. If their au jus was any more watered down than it is, people would mistaken it for muddy water. I’ve tasted Arbys’s au jus at MANY other franchises through multiple states and this is by far the least flavorful, watered down excuse for au jus.
Good people and service, so I can’t give zero stars. Now if this location’s water to au jus ratio is adjusted, I’ll update. But until then, shame on whoever is responsible for this watered down, sorry excuse, for an au jus.
Edit: I went back and utilized your response, the workers at my local Arby’s kicked me out after letting them know your response. I love Arby’s but the Arby’s off 7920 Speedway in Tucson AZ does not match any of the ideals Arby’s has had for over 20 years and through the multiple state’s facilities I’ve visited. I will NEVER return to this Arby’s. Corporate Arby’s, take a look at this location because I PROMISE they’re giving your entire company a...
