California Scoops — Restaurant in Tucson

Me and my friends went in to get some ice cream. The girl working was short with tied back light brown hair and I believe she had a face piercing. She began taking their orders with a major attitude. She began scooping the first cup while the girl sitting with me asked our friend to buy her some water. Then out of the blue, the girl serving us yelled at us claiming we were talking about seeing her underwear under her pants. We were all very confused and tried to kindly explain there was a misunderstanding. The server ignored and interrupted our explanation by saying not to worry about paying for the ice cream. She took it to the corner for awhile (we think she did something to it) and slammed it on the counter. We decided we would just leave and as we tried to apologize one last time she screamed at us to get out and to never come back. To make a long story short, we definitely will never go...

Went in to get ice cream tonight 2/27/22 around 5 pm. Young lady that was working there was slamming ice cream case and rolling eyes and giving customers attitude . When it was my turn she did the same and then slammed the spoon into my ice cream. I asked if there was a problem and she said she was really tired. I told her that it is coming off as a bad attitude and making customers feel uncomfortable. Then they closed the store 30 minutes before closing turning customers away. Not sure if management or owner wants these types of employees working for them? At least go over proper...

Not a bad little ice cream shop. They serve the thrifty brand and this is no frills. Although they have some really popular flavours the price was fair for the mall location. They use a unique scoop so no one gets a bigger than the other. The shop was clean and the employee was friendly. Of course we eat more ice cream...
