Panda Express — Restaurant in Tucson

The manager Meiqin was very disrespectful and completely humiliated me. I asked for soy sauce and she gave me a few. She walked about to help out other customers so I grabbed a few and she looked at me with the dirtiest look and asked advised me that was a lot of soy sauce for one person. I said I like soy sauce and she said I gave you 6 are you going to drink the soy sauce, she asked. I said no but I like a lot of soy sauce and she said 6is plenty for one customer you don't need any more. I asked if there was a limit for each customer and she said no but you took to much and we have to save for other customers. I only took a few more than she gave me but she spoke to me in a very demeaning way. I felt very humiliated that she was speaking to me in this manner in front of a crowd. I asked her for her name so I can complain about the service and she stuck her name tag out and pointed to it and said here and laughed in my face. As long as she is manager I will not go there and I will advise anyone else not to go there unless they want horrible...

I eat lunch here often and only once in the last few months have I gotten chicken that was meh. The staff is very friendly, and the food is fresh and hot. Yesterday, one of the dishes I ordered had some available, but they let me know a fresh batch was almost done and asked if I wanted to wait. I'll definitely be back!

Edit: Please note that any of the reviews which mention a drive thru or Raising Cane's being next door are not meant for this location. There is a Panda Express standalone restaurant located just south of the Tucson Mall on Oracle Road which is what those reviews are meant for. That location is not great (in my opinion), and the one in the mall is so much better! Better food, better service - in fact, although the two are about equidistant from my office, I choose to go to the mall even though I have to get out of my car in the 110-degree heat. Employees are incompetent I will served under the fill line on the bowl and even with the rice and orange chicken it still wasn't full when I asked for fresher chicken I was refused because it was during a rush my cashier was Coco she didn't really seem like she knew what she was doing she was struggling no other employees were trying to help her when I asked for the fresher chicken they told me no because it was busy and that's all they do for the Bulls my bowl wasn't even filled to the fill line.
