Update: 2/10/22 (I went in last night and got a burrito of course with rice and though the customer service was excellent and fast the cilantro lime rice had no flavor whatsoever. Tasted like someone forgot the lime? It tasted like plain rice with little bits of cilantro? Everything else was good except for the rice severely lacking flavor and that’s what makes it pop if you ask me so disappointing.)
Went to this location today for a burrito and was greeted with a hello and friendly service with a smile. It was my first time at this location but I always order a monstrous burrito lol where they usually struggle with rolling it and it always requires a second tortilla so I make sure I tell them that at the start so they’re prepared. The lovely young lady that was initially assisting me was definitely struggling to roll it so I let her know it didn’t have to be perfect and it’s no issue if it tears or breaks. I’m going to eat it either way. However another guy showed up whom I believe was the manager named Robert and he took over rolling it. I was amazed with his skill as he situated the fixings and reset the tortillas and to my amazement he rolled it perfectly!! I was shocked!!! None of the other locations have ever been able to properly wrap my monstrous packed burritos but he did. Big props and Thank you’s to this Chipotle location and the awesome employees that served me. Read moreMy fiancé and I are regular costumers at this location and are usually pleased with the service. We went in at 8:30 pm on September 13th and placed an order with a young lady up front. My fiancé ordered two bowls both with black beans, one with chicken one with steak. She misheard her and proceeded to make them both chicken. My fiancé reminded her that one was steak and she immediately got an attitude and put the bowl to the side. This was not an issue for us as we know it was an easy mistake. We proceeded to pay and the gentleman at the register was very nice and courteous. We sat down to eat and shortly after heard the young women speaking loudly and very rudely about us. She realized we were still in in the building she stopped talking and went back to work. We then packed out stuff back up and tried asking for her name which the manager and other worker refused to tell us. To be clear we didn’t have an issue with her making the mistake and her also being rude about it. We just didn’t appreciate being spoken about in such a manner as we were trying to enjoy our dinner. Read moreI was very happy with the food and always am. However , we need a District Manager to come and train the employees on food handling. While sitting here today , I have observed a employee taking out a ladder to change a lightbulb over the food prep area. This is not acceptable. Dust, and other practicals can fall into the food also there could have been broken peices of glass that could also might had been able to fall. Also it is 11:45 am employees should NOT be eating in the dinning room drinking red bull. I also noticed a worker testing the holding temp on the prep table. However. She tested the food with the same thermometer without sanitising it . She would wipe it off with a with a white cotton towel. Which could be contaminated. Workers should be in complete uniform and NOT short pants. Also noticed employee prepareing food for customers without gloves.
