Went for a school fundraiser at TV & Grant location.
I haven't been in Chipotle for a couple of years, and it is incredible to see how much less the quality is and customer service is dang near hostile. '
I asked Mia what two different meats were, please. When I asked about the 2nd, she turned to her make counterpart and looked back at me, rolling her eyes. I guess it was an inconvenience to ask what the non- labeled meat was. I mentioned that I was present for the fundraiser and who I tell. Mia said, 'Just tell them down there when you check out.'
Corn relish that used to be quite colorful and flavorful...tasted like corn from a can. I asked for sour cream; it was the consistency of milk. I know it's not thick like one could expect... but watery?
I ordered a bowl, chips, and side of guacamole. No guac in the bag...ok no biggie, but they made me feel as if I was lying when I told them by telling me, 'We put it in there. We thought you didn't want it.' Who's really confused?
I replied, 'I paid for it. I don't have one.' The cashier starting looking through someone else's bag for my paid guac...crazy!
In checking out, I told the cashier I was there for the fundraiser. I looked at my receipt compared to my daughter's, and my receipt did not say 'fundraiser'.
My daughter attempted an inquiry. Mia answered her, 'I don't know how it works.'
I asked for Mgr, Kristen, who said she was the corporate supervisor about how to reflect 'fundraiser'. The male made a side remark towards Mia that 'she didn't know'. We were all in standing distance of each other.
Mia's response to her male counterpart was to flip him off. I was really tripping. I asked Mia, 'Why would you think that's ok to flip off someone in front of your customers?' All the while, Kristen says nothing. I would have expected at least to send Mia to the back. Mia just shrugged her shoulders like that's an acceptable behavior.
I explained then to Kristen, 'Are you kidding me? I wouldn't even be in here except for a fundraiser, and there is eye rolling about simple menu questions, put-downs verbally, and unruly behavior without any care. Kristen shared, 'Well, every once in a while, I put in a small order for the fundraiser. ' Is that how advertising and fundraising works?
I was refunded. I'm not going back. Get a grip, people. Your attitude is beguiling. 'Food' was given to an...
Read moreI love(d) chipotle but haven’t been in well over a year because the last time i went I was pregnant and got the worst stomach ache ever. I figured my body chemistry had just changed and food didn’t set the same with me but I didn’t want to risk that horrible feeling again. Well I work literally right down the road and some coworkers and I were grabbing lunch and I lost the vote to go to chipotle. So we all jotted our orders down and one person ran to get them.
It started off bad when ones persons chicken bowl came back with get this, NO CHICKEN!! Seriously? Isn’t that like the first step?
Anyway, about two bites into my burrito I asked my coworker if I got someone else’s by mistake. Whatever was in it certainly didn’t taste like chipotle chicken and didn’t even have the same texture. I chocked down about half the burrito before throwing the rest away- and now I am wishing I hadn’t even eaten that much.
I got home from work around 630 and got “that feeling” that OMG the bathroom is 20 feet away and I might not make it feeling. I have a toddler and a 9 month old so we have child proof locks on everything- I almost didn’t make it!! I spent all dinner time, all my kids bath time, story time and play time in the bathroom wondering when this gut wrenching horrible stomach pain and poo-explosion would stop. It’s now 6am and still going. I am short staffed at work and have no choice but to get my two babies ready for the sitter and man-up.
Thank you chipotle. You truly have outgrown yourself. You were once a hard-to-find delicious restraurant that I would drive out of my way to dine at. You are now a chain on nearly every corner that seems to care less about how your food quality has gone way down but you have excelled at making people extremely sick on the regular. At least I know where to go whenever I need a good...
Read moreIf I could give this place A zero I would. They did nothing right at all. I walk in at 9:35 pm to order my food have to wait 10 minutes because they are cleaning and was told 5 times in that time frame they would be right with me. Fast forward 15 minutes later I order and get my food in a to go bag and I sit down and I start eating my food. Number one the food was cold and inedible (I didn't finish my food) number 2 the manager on duty states to me that the lobby is closed and that I would have to leave. They were in a hurry to go home so she thought to tell me AT THE LAST MINUTE THEY WRRE CLOSED. What a croc! I will be calling the General Manager and their corporate about this issue.
4 months ago I was in my vehicle after eating at THIS SAME EXACT CHIPOTLE. One of their crew members came up to me after me being in my car on my phone on an important phone call telling me to leave and it was private property. What gives Chipotle the right to be a cop or to hartass me while I am on public property. What gives them the motivation to assume what I am doing in my car......that is MY PROPERTY.
I had a third incident with This Chipoltle where I ordered my food and it tasted like SOAP....EVERYTHING about it tasted like soap. When I approached management t and the employees IWAS IGNORED!!!!!!!!!!!
THERE IS NO E CUSE FOR THIS AND I WILL BE WRITING A MAJOR LETTER TO THEIR CORPORATE AFTER I SPEAK TO THEOR GENERAL MANAGER.
Because of this I will never step foot in any Chipoltle again. Thanks Broadway and Craycroft for ruining my experience and my spending with Chipotle. People like you that work there are an anacronym for very poor representation of THE CHIPOTLE brand. CONGRATS ON DESTROYING THAT IMAGE......I HOPE IT WORKS OUT WELL...
