Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Tucson

It's been a while since I've done a review. The main reason for this review is to give a big compliment to the female employee there.

I made the order today for takeout after my shift on 11/24/24, after 2 pm. I ordered 2 medium pizzas with one ingredient, qn order of Parmesan bites, and Cinnamon Twists.

I got the notification on the app that my order was ready, and it was fast (around 10 minutes). Drive to the location and found this young female employee doing other orders.

She told me to hold a minute while doing some orders, and after she gave my order, I asked her if she was by herself? She said yes. The employee was hustling by herself at that time. Usually, when I go to other locations, they have 3-4 employees..

She is really a hard-working person, and I would say that she really deserves a raise or a promotion (in case she's not a supervisor or manager) for keeping the business running by herself.

For that employee, I would say that keep working hard and wish great...

I never had an issue with this location until today. I ordered two sandwiches which they told me 40 minute wait time for delivery ok no big deal the food came but the order was wrong called store back up manager was nice but gave a lot of exuses he said ok ill have the driver send it out right away 35 minutes later still no food called store back up asked what was going on he said oh we didnt have your information, what!?? How could you not have my info i am a regular customer and the box you delivered the first time had all my information on it and your driver just came from my house which is 3 mins away should remember how to get to my house... so they made the food again brought it to my house guess what the order was wrong again!!! Called the store back up apparently they are making it again we will see if its right and if we get to eat tonight we are going on 2 1/2 hours. Sorry this location lost a customer, very...

The pizza is good...hot, fresh and tasty. Customer service at this location on this particular visit was outstanding. Very friendly staff who gave me their undivided attention and prompt service. The price was also positive. The specific deal I got was a large, three topping pizza for $7.99 (carry-out only). But this leads me to my biggest complaints about Domino's Pizza. First, the "large" pizza was not very big. I was actually kind of taken aback by how small it really was. And second, Domino's is stingy with their toppings. It was laughable how little toppings there was on my pizza. I enjoy their food (and my son typically asks for Domino's when we go out for pizza) and the cost is hard to beat (even if one were to buy a frozen pizza from the grocery store), so I will certainly be going back. I guess in the future I will have to order a bigger size pizza with...
