eegee's — Restaurant in Tucson

I was so disappointed during my visit today. I walked in the store to order and no one greeted me, I felt like they were angry I came inside. I placed my order, and I ordered my sub with extra sauce on the side and a medium eegee. they then made my drink, but didn't call my name, just set it on the counter and walked away. I looked in the back and they had unfried chicken sitting over the fryer waiting for someone to order so they could fry it, open drinks and food on the table they make subs on, and the girl who bagged my sub took a drink of her drink, ate a fry, then bagged my food. I get it's just the outside of my sandwich but still, I don't think you shouldn't be eating and drinking in front of customers like that. they also forgot my extra sauce, and when I finally got someone attention to get one for me, he set it on the counter and walked away without ever really acknowledging me. And walking out, no thanks for coming, have a nice day, nothing. I felt like the biggest inconvenience to them for simply stopping by and even more disappointed this is somewhere I really enjoyed. maybe ill give them a second chance but not...

Food was okay..stopped in to this new location "impromptu"..so I ordered my usual 8" turkey and ham on wheat..my wheat bread was a little too dry and stale but overall tasted fine....the biggest thing was the employee's make you feel like you dont exist. I stood at the counter for 5min... The guy who appeared to work the front never acknowledged me so the other lady ask if I'd been helped and I said " no I havent." I didnt recieve a receipt but I was dining in so I had to ask. I also didnt get my fountain drink but I assumed It was coming with my order...I didnt...so I had to ask. I also seen a few people with online orders wait a little too long...almost enough for me to finish my whole 8" sandwich long. I even witnessed an employee ask someone if they were done with their food even though there was clearly 75% of their food still on their tray...(just thought it was bizarre)....this visit just didnt feel normal..I love eegees and I know this isn't a representation of the great service i usually recieve at an Eegees but i still think this location needs some serious help with customer service. I stopped in here with some friends on impulse because my friend mentioned a new coconut flavour of eegee. Upon ordering the staff was confused and did not know what I was referencing despite it being advertised on the revolving board. Fries were both overcooked but also had been sitting out for a long time, they were all mostly small crumbs of fries. During our meal one member our party used the restroom which had to be accessed with a key. At the end of our meal a member of our party wanted to wash their hands but they were told the bathrooms were closed.. odd. Even more odd was that another employee asked them why they refused us, and they seemed to be arguing about it in the back. The whole time it seemed like the staff was breaking down the kitchen to close for the night, but it wasn't even 7 pm and they did not close until 10 pm. We felt very unwelcome by specifically one of the younger female...
