If I wasn't forced to give a 1 star I would give it minus 10. Not only did we go at 11:30 am on a Saturday not busy at all, we were seated pretty quickly. The experience went downhill from there. Our waitress was incompetent . She took our drink order, I ordered a cup of coffee, she brought that,no creamer . That was asked for. The coffee cold. And tasted watered down. He got the Pepsi. More ice Then soda. Then the waitress came and took the order, I ordered the 2x2x2 2 bacon 2over easy eggs and French toast. Him the California turkey melt with fries,she left to go place our order. She was not using her order tablet. She came back 10 minutes later with my creamer and asked us again what we ordered and to point it out on the menu, that she took when we ordered it 10 minutes earlier, Naydelyn z brought back our order, it was entirely wrong. He received a chicken slop sandwich looked like slop or barf. Inedible. They gave me 2 bacon 2 pancakes and 2 scrambled eggs. Completely wrong. I called over the waitress and told her both orders were wrong. She said that was what we ordered. NO it was not. She proceeds to tell us to show it to her on The menu we don't have. I said we're not eating this and asked her to get the manager. She goes to the back and gets the manager and talks to her over by the register. Smiling and giggling, then looks at me and puts a crocodile tear face on. The manager then proceeds to tell us they don't have what he ordered on the menu. Then tries to tell me my order is correct .. no.. I tell her I'm not eating this and I just want to pay for the drinks. She charges me 5 bucks for one cold cup of coffee. I will NEVER eat IHOP ever again. Your manager smirks and acts like we were wrong when in fact it was your waitress. I came here after working out. When I got inside, there was nobody attending people, so I decided to sit down on a booth. Then a waitress serves me water and gives the menu, then I haven't decided what to order, then I ask for a cup of coffee. Then another waitress came with my coffee and told me that she was going to take my order. I was confused because the first waitress worked in the area. I ordered pancakes then I realized that the first waitress that she serves other customers in the area and the one who is serving me doesn't work in the area because she comes from the main area all the way just to serve me. Got my pancakes, and I didn't really enjoy it. Just give a couple of bites and lost my appetite. My waitress removed the pancakes from my check, and then when I went to pay, I had to wait like 10 minutes because a couple of registers didn't have enough change. Then, when I got the change back, I was missing some. I left, and then I filed a complaint on the IHOP customer service website, and then a customer service agent contacted me seven days later after I filed the complaint. I told her my experience and told me to give them another chance, and she told me I could give her a call to do a follow-up about the situation. I called her twice five days after we talk and no response or call back to my messages.

Read moreI visited this location with my boyfriend for some lunch. We were seated immediately. One of the female servers had to get our drink order because our assigned server was nowhere to be found. We received our drinks and waited for someone to come to our table and take our food order. At this time I hear the girl that got us our drinks yell to the guy who is our server saying don't forget about our table I was confused because how can you forget to do just that... ? Well we soon figured out what that meant. The guy finally took our orders but brought mine back incorrect so we end up waiting twice as long to eat. One he brings back my correct order nobody visits our table again. Not even for soda refills. I end up getting up and going over to the cashier area to request some service. A different girl rushes to our table to help us. At this time I'm angry and I just want to leave. One of the guys from the kitchen offered 10% off our order that they didn't even take off of our total. We realize when we are walking to check out and I overhear another costumer complaining about her server and how she is so rude. The cashier did nothing about it but say sorry. Just like she did for us. The manager walked over and said nothing about our terrible service. I left very unhappy and I won't be going back to support...
