2nd Time Visit And It Was The Same as The 1st. I Wasnt Going To Return There But After A Year Later I Tought New Staff New Waitresses :/ Not Here To Bash Because Im from The Food And Managing industry but WOW! I have to say worst experience and hopefully they talk with waitresses:/ Makes mr Jerry Bob Look terrible. The Waitresses NOT Friendly at all, No Smiles And No coffee refills and When We Did Get Our 3 coffees NO spoons :/ We used our forks... Then We asked for spoons And nothing! So we left that alone. They didnt check back on us for having 3 on duty and WOW.. Just can go on... the checkout lady was rude to, when we asked why bill so high she slapped it on the counter to look for ourselves and sure enough we were double charged! I have been going to Jerry Bob's for years. This Jerry Bob's has many rude waitresses. First of all you walk in the door, the staff will look and total ignore you. They don't offer to seat you. We almost turn around and left, when we finally got seated. Our waitress' name was Shirley. We ordered our drinks, waited until she finished talking to the people in the booth next to us. 10 mins later, after asking for someone to get our waitress, Shirley showed up to take our order. She then disappeared. A young girl, didn't catch her name, brought our food to us and refilled our drinks. We didn't see Shirley until she laid our receipt down on our table without speaker. Very very dissapointed I go to Jerry Bob's occasionally and every time I go everything is so good but today was not the day our service was terrible we waited 45 minutes when the waitress came back and asked us did I get your order we answered yes her excuse was I misplaced your order and when we finally received our order it was 15 minutes later we were just about to get up and leave!!
