Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Tucson

I went on my lunch hour and I got a meal with fries, when the lady gave me my food I asked for ranch on the side she put it on my sandwich. I told her I asked for a side of ranch.. She just looked at me and i said forget it. I walked over to the register and asked for the manager.. The same lady came over and just started refunding me rather than fix it. The owner walked out and I asked if he was the manager.. He said no I'm the owner I was telling him the issue and the lady that made the error starts screaming to him. She was trying to place blame on me. I told the owner its very rude and unprofessional for her to scream at her customers. He said I know she shouldn't do that. He didn't even offer to fix the issue, I was so fed up I walked away without food because she was so rude. They wont survive with her, she will run all there customers off...

Got a boneless wing meal and tried the buffalo and Korean bbq flavors, got a lemonade to go with it and an order of mozzarella sticks. Probably the most expensive beyond average food you could buy, the wings tasted okay the flavor and ranch carry them but remove that and it’s just equivalent to a Dyson frozen piece of chicken that you microwaved. Fries were the best thing, they were like Wendy’s but crunchier and not as salty. The lemonade was pretty good to but I think that’s just cause I was dying of thirst after walking the whole mall. The mozzarella sticks were the worst part, super dry cheese was just okay and it was more like biting a piece of string cheese that was left in a car, the cheese didn’t pull and wasn’t that hot. The sauce they give you with the mozzarella sticks was also gross was super acidic more...

This place is awful!!! The workers don't speak much english, it's difficult to hear and understand them.

Then the food, not only did I pay nearly $20 for just myself for a sandwhich and fries with a drink, but the cheesesteak I got was not only made inncorrectly, but the other half of my sandwhich was missing 90% of it's meat!! Then the amount of grease and how bland and disgusting it was.

I've never had a steak and cheese so flavorless, and just disguting to eat. I also saw food health concerns with the lack of gloves, and properly cleaning the stove top and cutting knife between sandwhiches and meats cooked.
