I get at least 2 shakes a week here. Ordered a $10 drink today, and it was made with far too much ice, and far too little ingredients. It tasted like vaguely peanut-butter flavored snow-cone. When I complained that this wasn't up to the usual standard, the manager on duty refused to acknowledge my basic point, repeatedly insinuating that my dissatisfaction was my own fault, and that I should "ask more questions" about their products before ordering in the future. The other employees had offered to remake the drink, but the manager was insistent that it had been made correctly. If that really is the correct way to make that drink, it should be taken off the menu. Today I went to their opening day near the university of Arizona. Although the line was long because everyone was there for a free shake the employees kept their cool with a smile on their faces as I took my order. The line went by fast pretty quickly and that was because they were so organized in taking orders and completing them. When I recieved my order, the acai energy shake, it was pretty good. The consistency was like the way it was supposed to be, a protein shake consistency, and it tasted berry yummy (pun intended).
