Highland Market — Local services in Tucson

I rarely get what I payed for. At least four times I have ordered hash browns and not received them. If you like to be surprised every time you order something even if the order is the same than this is the place for you because I never get consistency in my orders. Speaking of surprises, I can't tell you how many times I've found meat in a VEGETARIAN burrito. I also work in the food industry, I even work in a student union establishment. So I understand that mistakes happen. I am genarally quite patient and understanding of these mistakes. But for as often as they occur it can't just be me. I will say that part of the blame is on tapingo driver's being careless and cutting corners in some instances. But I have never had more issues at a restaurant than I have had at Highland Market.

EDIT: So after I wrote this review, I began eating my burrito without the hashbrowns I paid for. And guess what I found. Meat. Again. In my vegetarian burrito. Again, I understand mistakes get made, but when I get meat in a vegetarian burrito more times than I actually manage to get one without meat, there's clearly...

Market is fine. Don’t get the highland burrito anymore. I remember the first time I got one like 3 years ago and it was SO GOOD. I was so excited to take my girlfriend to get some again they were straight GARBAGE. Dry, bland, and just terrible. You can only order with those stupid kiosk things, they got rid of the nacho cheese, they wouldn’t give us a side of sour cream, and there was almost zero customer service. I paid $1.29 for the most pathetic little spread of sour cream and when I got my burrito there was absolutely no sour cream on it whatsoever. When I asked the chef about it, he got super defensive and rude and wouldn’t even consider the fact that he messed up my order. He also refused to give me a side of sour cream, so they just stole that $1.29 from me. Just go to...

Not only are the items here overpriced, the highland grill messes up so often i cant even count. I cant count the amount of bones i find in the burritos, the amount of times I’ve been put at fault for not showing up when the workers wanted me to, i didn’t know i had a time limit to arrive at a certain time to pickup my food. I arrived on time according to the grubhub app but the worker still “accidently” gave my food away. This place is not worth the money...
