I stood in line for almost 15 mins to order. I order a regular salted Pretzle for the kids, sour cream and onion pretzle nuggets for me, Garlic Pretzle for the hubby along with a cheese Pretzle dog. The cashier tells me they don't have any made and it would take about 20mins for them. I said that was fine and I would wait. After I paid I was not given a reciept so I was unsure of what I want charged for. I stood off to the side waiting on the cheese Pretzle dog for 10 mins when the cashier raised his voice and asked "what are you waiting for?" I told him I was waiting for my cheese Pretzle dog. He then preceded to tell me I did not order one. I told him yes I did. He started giving me an attitude and arguing with me making the long line of customers wait. He then decided he would "go back" and print my reciept to which he slammed down and said said "see, you didn't order it." This upset me so I told him "I do not care what the receipt says. I know what I ordered and whether you charged me or not is not my fault. If I have to pay again. I will. You told me you were out and it would take 20mins for them to be cooked!" He then said "oh yea, it will take another 15mins." I decided to just leave. I will NEVER return to this...

I am a FREQUENT customer of this location. I always get the same thing and the employees recognize me. Well last night I came in near closing time and bought 3 almond pretzels. Got them home about 20 miles away and they were so burnt I couldn't eat them. I returned them today for replacement and Hector and Cj? Maybe Aj.... wanted to argue with me about them telling me the taste the same and I purchased them the day before and didn't want to help me. Then they told me to wait 10-30 minutes to make new ones. I said "there's 2 right there in the case" they said "but other people are waiting" Are you kidding me? What kind of customer service is that? I'm not happy and I won't be back! Period!
