Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Tulsa

When you go to a Jimmy John’s, you know it’s gonna be reliably good. This one doesn’t fall short. Located right across from the fairgrounds and a water park, it’s also got a Target and some other good shops nearby, making it a convenient quick lunch or dinner stop. The sandwiches are great, and just as fast as they say, or even faster sometimes. Even if you customize your order, it’s still in your hands within 60 seconds OR LESS. It’s obvious these guys just have it down, from the franchise to the local management. Everything is immaculately tidy and clean - even the bathrooms. I mean, I wouldn’t want to eat lunch in there, but you could. The customer service is friendly and efficient, they don’t even flinch when I ask for extra extra extra vinegar sauce and double pep on my Vito. The chips are good, the cookies are good, even the music is good. Every time I walk into a Jimmy John’s I think “hey, I should open one of these up somewhere”, but truthfully, I think that might break the magic. I love it too much. I’ll let these dudes be the...

Edit: After 5 days of not receiving a refund (after speaking again with someone the next day), I called customer service. There was no record the refund was ever filed. So now it has to be sent off to someone else and they're going to contact me within 24 hours. This has unfortunately been a very stressful experience over $26. 🙄

Freaky fast delivery... The second to last time I ordered delivery here it took over an hour to receive the food. OK, that's fine it was probably busy. But tonight I ordered and it's been almost an hour and a half. We tried calling multiple times with no answer. There's no way to report issues through the app. Customer Service is only open till 5. We had to drive to the store to ask for a refund. After waiting quite a while, we got to the window and we're unable to get a refund because they had a new employee there alone. I can't imagine the kind of stress he was under and it honestly wasnt his fault. I will not be returning (other than to get a refund) if this is how they treat...

Terrible customer service and incredibly slow delivery at this location. The food is usually pretty good though.

My last order took over an hour and a half to deliver. An hour of which was still on the "order received" status. I called the store about it, where they told me it was about to go out for delivery, which I didn't even receive as much as an apology for the wait. After the call, it still took another 30 minutes before it was delivered. Once I received it, the drink was incorrect.

The time before that, I ordered delivery from this location, which also took over an hour and was missing a drink. Most of the time they don't cut the sandwich in half when I specifically ask. Even when I order at the drive thru, the service is much slower and employees are usually cold and standoffish than any other location I've been. If you're going to claim to have "freaky fast delivery", than you need to deliver on that promise or at least warn customers order times are longer than usual...
