Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Tulsa

This is the second time I have ordered delivery that took over an hour! This time I am still waiting for an order placed 2 hours ago! Called at the hour point and they said our order was out for delivery then never answered the phone again!!! UPDATE 01/27 - I had immediately sent an email letting them know I wanted a refund and no one was answering the phone before I even made this review. The response I got was not an apology or even letting me know anything about the refund. The response I got was simply excuses about being understaffed and other randomness (as if that makes a 2 HOUR delivery of a 3 sandwiches acceptable). I emailed back AGAIN saying I just wanted the refund I requested as by the time the food arrived we had found something else to eat. Called and placed an order for delivery. I was told by the person who took my order that they do deliver to my location which made me happy. The gurl who took my order was Jessica and she was very nice. However the delivery gal was not so nice. She arrived at my location and immediately started saying how they do not deliver in the area that i live in and that there was another jimmy johns that delivered to my location. She was very rude and I did not appreciate that! My question is if they did not deliver to my location then why was i told that they do deliver? I also called the Jimmy Johns that was the closest to my area so i know they deliver. I do not know what the delivery gal was talking about or if she got mixed up but I did not appreciate how she treated me as a customer. She was very rude and disrespectful. Truly the WORST location in Tulsa.

This is the 4th attempt at getting a simple sandwich made properly - and even when using the credit from the previous mistakes, it's still a disaster.

On the #2, like many of their sandwiches, they remove the inner bread unless instructed otherwise. They have failed to do this every single time.

They are, per their own policies, to put mayo on both sides of bread and cut lettuce to shreds. Both times they failed to do this.

I asked for light cucumber, I was given 5 whole slices (MORE than the standard 3-4)

I asked for a normal amount of tomatoes, I was given 6 slices, not the standard 3-4.

I asked for extra onion, I got less than the standard.
