McAlister's Deli — Restaurant in Tulsa

Went to McAlister’s tonight to get dinner for my friends and I. I’ve gone to McAlister’s many times and this was the worst service I’ve received in a long time from any restaurant.

To start, the girl taking the order was flat out rude. She never once acknowledged my friends and I and acted as if we were an inconvenience to her. When my sister asked her about a sandwich on the menu she seemed very upset to have to tell her what came on the sandwich even though it never said it on the menu.

Our food was brought to us by 2 people since it was a bigger order. When they realized what we ordered, the guy laughed and then the girl said “Jesus”. There was absolutely no reason for commentary on our order and it was extremely unprofessional/rude. If you don’t like it, great, you’re not the one eating it.

Not only did they make snarky comments about our order, but they forgot our pickles and they forgot to put avocado on my sisters’ sandwich. When we brought the sandwich to them and asked for the avocado, the lady at the front counter walked away and never returned. Eventually someone else came from the back to get us the avocado we paid for. They brought us a sandwich with avocado but it looked like the sandwich had been mutilated to put the avocado on it.

Very unimpressed with the service I received tonight and will not be returning to this...

Love mcalisters, I eat here all the time, but the last few times they have been going down hill. I'll just go to another location. Update...So I went again trying to give you all a chance and still the same results, and I emailed you all and still no response, guess I'll just leave you all alone for a few years, so sad😔and even with my review from before, I still was going back and it just keeps getting worst. So I went back. Boy ol boy, the worst service ever. Management keeps telling me to email but whenever I do it never goes through. I went to pick up a dash. Now I'm always nice and polite because that's just my character. I went in and retrieve my order, which had a drink. Well one of the cashier, who's always there, just ignored me. She does this everytime, but I waited. She still didn't ask what I needed. So 10 minutes later, another person came out, I politely told her I needed a drink with the order. She was very rude. I guess, I'll stop taking you all orders too. No customer service, whatsoever, what a shame. You all got rid of the nice young ladies that was there. I'm really upset, cause I really want to give you all another chance, but why should I spend my money and time, when their attitudes are so nasty. Do better, this is not the...

Where do I start . Usually I love this McAlister’s but this time around I was furious at the poor customer service. My wife and I pulled into the curbside parking spot and through the email I selected the “I’m here” tab in which it told me our food would be brought out shortly. We sat there for 45 min. While other ppl who pulled into other spots were getting food we sat there waiting patiently. My wife then told me to go inside and check to see if our food was ready, i get inside and our food is sitting on the counter while the manager is explaining to a employee on how to brew new tea. Mind you we selected the option on the app for CURBSIDE so someone could bring our food out to the car. But that wasn’t the case. The case was our food sat on the counter getting cold for 45 min while we sat in the front thinking they were just busy all the while they weren’t , they were explaining tea brewery. So we get home and the au jus for the French dip was cold , my sons grilled cheese bread was starting to get hard and his Mac and cheese was more cheese than Mac
