I’m usually not someone to make a review over something like this, but the service at this location is horrendous. I went through the drive thru today around 11:30. I ordered food for my family and I. My gma wanted to try to the big mac mcchicken thing (which is alright) and asked them to put no onions on that, as my gma is very allergic to them. I get to pay, and i asked the lady if there was no onions and she just kind of looked at me. So i asked her again and she proceeds to say, there’s no onions. So i pull up, get my food and check the burger just to make sure. Sure enough onions. So i go inside to see if they can remake it with no onions. The manager proceeds to start telling me that the small chunks of onions (that are also on the cheeseburgers) were lettuce and not onions. So i grabbed one of the small onions, put it on my finger. I also picked up a piece of their shredded lettuce, that most definitely doesn’t look like the onions, and she told me that was lettuce. There were about the same amount of onions on this burger as there are on the cheeseburgers, so i also pointed out how they were all over the burger. I also pointed out how the lettuce is not the same shape, nor color as the onions. The manager refused to remake my order. You can just tell these workers don’t care, which i know this is mcdonald’s, but food allergies aren’t a joke and to refuse to remake a sandwich that i told them three times to not put onions on is...
Read moreWell, my friend and I just went through the drive through, and it was an absolute nightmare. We ordered, everything on the screen was correct, and we pulled forward. When we got to the window, they asked us if we got three double cheeseburgers, and we said no. We ordered a mcChicken, McRib, and a tropical berry sprite with no ice. They stared at us for a minute, then closed the window. After multiple minutes of talking to each other, we were told to pull up. When we got to the second window, they tried to hand us three cheeseburgers and we told them what we ordered. The lady at the window gave us a dirty look and shut the window. She handed us our food, but not our drink. We then asked if we could get our tropical berry sprite with no ice, and she turned away after slurring words that we could not understand. We asked again if we could get our drink, and her response was “uh uh, no. No.” Like, what?? We paid for our drink. After a moment of arguing, she started telling her coworker that we asked for ice then told her we didn’t want any. That is not what happened, as it said no ice on our receipt. Read moreThis is the McDonald’s closest to my house but, I’ll be making sure to go out of my way to another location. The cashiers are careless and dismissive. The manager, (elderly woman,) was shockingly rude and condescending. I work in the food industry, I’m always understanding and polite and I’m aware of how easy things can be handled. From food being cold or missing or today to the app code for Friday’s free medium free not working correctly, that was out of my control.. was treated horribly. The manager tried telling me to pull around the line from the window more than once to order when I was trying to place my order, cutting me off while speaking. Continued to tell me how wrong I am and how I’m not using the app correctly. Was abrupt and rude with taking my money. Several workers walked near the window to look at me so I’m SURE they were talking about me. Kindness goes a long way and I will be taking my money- anywhere else but here.
