Owasso location …Don’t waste your time, this place has the worst service I have seen in a long time. Went in at 7 pm and sat down. Waited 10 min before anyone came to help us. One girl asked if we had been helped and took our drink order. Then 15 mins later after watching her hug on and talk to multiple people another lady came by to ask us if we needed anything. I explained that a lady had taken our drink order but never came back. She apologized and then went to get our drinks. She brought them back took our food order and never seen her again. The original girl that took our order the first time then walk back by and said, how are you guys doing everything good? Ummm no we have now been here for 30 min and nothing but drinks. Then out of nowhere, some other lady showed up with our food and said I’ll be right back with some napkins and utensils. After sitting there for a 5 min with my food while It got cold, noticing that the lady that told me she’d be right back with my napkins and utensils, was at the bar messing around I went up to the bar and had to ask for napkins and utensils myself. After having to go request my check they brought me the check with the wrong total. After bringing me back what they thought was the correct on it was wrong too, after the third attempt I received a third check with another different total! All three checks brought to our table by different people.I will be checking my bank statement to make sure I’m not triple charged. I understand it can be busy but get your service together. We arrived at 6:10 PM and had to wait 15 minutes before tracking down a server ourselves. We placed our order for drinks and food at that time, but the drinks never arrived, and we later discovered they were never even entered into the system. When our food was served, items were missing. We informed our server, who assured us she would take care of it, but she never returned. After waiting 45 minutes without any follow-up or assistance, we finally flagged down another server just to settle our bill. We had intended to stay and enjoy the playoff game, but the poor service forced us to leave early. Three of us went for the first time on Friday night. The service was great, and the atmosphere was cool, too. They had the Sweet & Spicy and Fish & Chips, and we had a few drinks. The food was good. Total cost $109 tip included. Update Went back on Sat evening with a friend & we had fried wantons, a hangover burger & a philly cheese steak w/extra cheese & macoroni & cheese, along with a few drinks. (Their fries are really good, btw). The wantons and burger were good, but the cheese steak was overcooked with no extra cheese & macoroni had no seasoning at all. I was refunded for that meal.
