My husband spend more money than I care to mention at taco bell. This is the only location that stays open 24 hours a day. On Thursday July 25th my husband visited this location. The young man working the drive thru Christopher was being very rude and short as if he was being inconvenienced by someone placing an order. Keep in mind that my husband experiences bad customer service on a daily basis he only mentions it to me if it went above and beyond the usual level of stupidity. My husband told Christopher that maybe Chauncey needs to pay this store a visit. Chauncey used to manage the taco bell on Garnett Chauncey now works for corporate. The order was wrong however my husband simply consumed the meal and went on.
A few days later my husband returned to the restaurant chris was working. Chris was very nice during this Visit. Again the order was WRONG.. MY husband called the store , Mr. Wise the store manager answered the call as my husband begin to explain that the order was PHUK THE PHUK UP🤣🤣🤣👉🚪. MR. WISE INTERRUPTED by telling my husband not to threaten his employees with sending Chauncey to their store. His employees have a lot going on and they dont need that. Click....
Yess he ended the call abruptly.. what store manager does that. My husband was not cursing or yelling there was no need for this manager to act so unprofessional.. well. Mr. Wise.. my name is lisa currie.. and i live for this. What you did to my husband was not only UNPROFESSIONAL but it was UNBECOMING OF A MAN..1st of all I dont care what problems your employees are having they should NEVER BRING THEIR PROBLEMS TO WORK FURTHERMORE IF THE MERE MENTIONING OF CHAUNCEYS NAME CAUSED HIM DO HIS JOB . PROBLEM SOLVED.

Read moreThe drive thru attendants we're the most rude and inappropriate employees I have witnessed, anywhere, in a very long time. From the time that I pulled up to the menu they were bothered by taking the order, I kept having to ask if anyone was there, they never gave a total so I thought perhaps the intercom was malfunctioning. I pulled up to the window and the girl reached for the card in my hand and I said I never got a total, so I pulled up bc I wasn't done ordering and wanted to change one of my items to a combo, she said we already made it. They hadn't even asked what drinks went with them. So I said I don't even know how much it is, she told me- as she was swiping my card. Handed it back and my food directly following, I asked about the drinks and she said "what did you want?" I tell her, she sloppily made them and was walking off the moment she handed them to me. In the meantime I had checked the bag and was short a taco, so I sat there and she came back almost confrontational with another employee being snarky over her shoulder and said "what else do you want?" So I just said "to know your name, thanks" and forfeited the taco, which no doubt would have been questionable at that point. And, as you can imagine, food was thrown together, no sour cream as I had ordered....awful experience. These kids need supervision...
Read moreThis is not a 1 star for the food. Its for the service. I'm vegan so taco bell is my go to at least 3 days a week. I can easily modify what I want. I did so today with Michael and he decided to argue with me about what I wanted on my burrito. I asked for a cheesy rice burrito without cheese and sauce. He said so you want a cheesy rice burrito but u don't want a cheesy rice burrito. Ok! I took it as humor and continued with my order. I asked to add jalapeños and red sauce, then Michael said. Do you even know what you are getting? At this time. I'm frustrated and irritated that I am on my lunch break going back and forth about whats going in my freaking body. I asked Michael. What is your name? Hevgave me his name and said whats your name. I was Hoping he wasn't a manager being this rude. Low and behold he was. Michael you never know what other people are going through and just like you who may have been having a sarcastic bad day ..so was I. I just wanted lunch like I usually get it without problems.
