I would recommend driving a little further north and going to the College street location. I have never had an issue with my experiences at that location. The Tumwater location on the other hand.... I will never set foot in again. My experience yesterday was so bad it will be a while before I go back to little ceasers at all, but never again the Tumwater location. After a new and overwhelmed girl accidentally gave my pizzas to to another customer. Annoying but I've been there, no problem. She offers me crazy bread for the trouble. At this point I've been there 30 minutes and was told 20. For the next 30 minutes I listened to a completely unprofessional store manager (or so he claimed) harp on this poor girl for allowing herself to get overwhelmed and not asking for help. His attitude with ME was short and annoyed as if I had some how inconvenienced HIM. So an hour in my pizzas are finally done. Are they handed to me? No. The are stacked on the counter behind him and then he turns to the computer and spends a few minutes Messing around with it. Then Finally calls me up to give me my pizza. The store manager made absolutely NO EFFORT what so ever to make up for the fact a 20 minute trip and turned into an hour. Not even the crazy bread the young lady had offered in the beginning. He almost dared me to say something. I was so furious I just left. I got home and 2 of the 3 pizzas were botched. One wasn't cooked all the way and the other was loaded with sauce when it was supposed to be light sauce. I don't know why they decided to replace the lady who was Manager at this location before, but it was a mistake. From now on I'll drive the 5 miles to College St before the going the 3 blocks to the Tumwater location. As of now I think Google should add a negative star option for reviews. ...
Read moreTumwater Location. Pizza itself was comparable with Little Caesars Pizza we had had elsewhere, though the prices were considerably higher than other parts of the country we'd visited (40% higher in some cases) and they do NOT offer prices advertised on TV.
When I (politely) asked about the price difference and was told that they are a Franchise and can charge whatever they want, and if I didn't like it, I could visit OTHER Little Caesars locations. When I asked where such locations might be (thinking across town, perhaps), I was told that the same franchisee owned ALL the Little Caesars stores anywhere close (this side of Tacoma), so if I wanted a pizza locally, the prices would be the same (higher).
Obviously the store owner has the right to charge what they choose. Just posting warning that the TV prices may not apply at this store, or others in the franchisee's area, on a sign...
Read moreNot 5 dollars anymore and not hot and ready. The person said we do not keep that many at a time. It was lunch time and there should be some historical data on how many pizzas to keep. Even if it's not enough they could still have more in the works.
I had some things to keep me busy so I waited for 2 pizzas and bread to be ready. I should have just went across the street to costco and picked up a 10 dollar pizza that is larger and better.
Rhe pizzas were not fully covered in cheese and not good. The bread was hard and clearly old. The sauce was also cold to dip it in.
The whole reason I picked up this order is because while on vacation with a group of friends we got some and they were great. Everything including the sauce for bread was hot and fresh. It made me actually crave pizza.
Today I was reminded why I do not eat at little Ceasars. Waste of money and so many...
