📌NO TRANSPARENCY REGARDING TIPS... The Tipping formula for online/mobile orders is kept secret. • IMPOSSIBLE for employees to track earned gratuity from these orders!! (Staff has to wait until payday to RECEIVE these TIPS!) And ANY questions about it won't be supported by management. Majority of staff feel their checks are being shorted-and usually quit for this exact reason. (WEEKLY STAFF Turn-over.)

📌TIP-JAR: These tips DO NOT GO to ANY kitchen staff or drivers!!!! Manager keeps it all!👈👈👈

📌 DELIVERY FEES are 🚫 NOT 🚫 TIPS!!! Store charges EXTRA $6 -$8 fee per customer👈 Store only gives DRIVER only $2 PER order 👈 🚫THAT don't even cover the GAS money used!

*Cash tips are NOT as common anymore!!! Most deliveries opt for 'NO-Contact' or "No-Knock." Basically, ppl don't fear embarrassment anymore for NOT leaving a tip...who will know??

📌Management is extremely rude to it's employees... Often ignore training requests... ALWAYS quick to belittle and embarrass staff...

-Very condescending to employees (ESPECIALLY to women). -------------.----------------------------------------------- Optimism: *I think they will do well with new management and maybe even be able to keep employees longer than a few of weeks. (Also, more clarity around tips or even new policies around pay would likely help as well. No one likes to feel cheated, and the pay is already minimum wage)!

*As far as the pizza - I will admit they have decent pizza and unique/fresh toppings that other places don't offer- which is the Only decent thing I can...

Decided to give this place a try and we were really impressed with the portion, taste, and quality of the food! Obviously, when ordering we were aware we'd be spending quite a bit since this isn't your typical pizza chain but we were taken aback and grateful to find out they offer a 25% discount for military members; my husband made sure to tip that discounted amount back to them for being so awesome when we arrived at the restaurant to pick up our order to go.

We ordered the Death By Pizza (grand size, basically extra large), Meat Mania (grand), Bacon Stix, and Buffalo Wings. The pizza were HUMONGOUS, basically the size of a Costco pizza but better! The pizzas weren't overwhelming hot either, there was plenty and toppings and the flavors were perfect. The bacon stix weren't too bad, all of us who ate it agreed that it could've used a little more cheese but otherwise it tasted great and I loved the crispiness of it. The buffalo wings were definitely spicy but good, spicier than the jalapenos that were on the pizza!

Definitely a new favorite pizza spot of ours, we'll have to go back again in the future to try everything...

Second issue-- Aug. 2024 -- This place delivered food to us by mistake (we didn't order anything from them) AND THEY CAME BACK TO PICK IT UP AND "REDELIVER" IT. That's vile. So disgusting. That has to be a food safety issue?

First issue -- Jan. 2024 -- The failed to deliver a pizza after over 2 hours and argued with us when we had to ask for a refund.

Scheduled a delivery for 630pm at 5pm. Call #1 at 645pm: called to check in and they said it was "about to go out." Call #2 at 715pm: The manager argued with the worker answering the phone and they couldn't complete the delivery. We had to request a refund. I assume they delivered to the wrong address (but the person on the phone was able to confirm our address on the order was correct).

Zero chance we'll bother ordering from this place again.
