I am currently inside of this location. It's 8: 30 pm. Back-up to 8:00, I called this Subway several times, each time was several minutes apart. Nobody answered! My assumption is that they were still open. Google had the closing time online at 9: 30. So, my daughter and I drove out here. When we approached, all of the "open" signs were shut off and there was a young man inside with headphones on, sweeping the lobby. I tried to call the store again while I sat in front of it and watched the employee ignor the phone ringing. I decided to approach the door so I could see the hours of operation that are posted on the window. It clearly states that they are open until 9: 30 p.m. on Sunday. We went into the building and the employee removed his headphones. I asked him if they were still open and he said yes. I stated that I tried to call the business several times over the last 20 minutes and that nobody answered. He said that he had been so busy serving people all day, that he could not stop to answer the phone. When I told him that I called from right outside the building and watched him not answer the phone, he did not say anything. Instead, he developed an attitude. He was not friendly until we got to the end of my transaction when I paid. The only kind thing he did was tell my daughter about the new sauce they have. It has been my experience in the past that when a business is open, they have their open signs on and they answer the telephone when it rings, especially more than once! I am sitting out front of this location while I write this review and the employee has his headphones on again. I have seen 4 cars drive up, see that the "open" sign above the door is off, and leave! He is costing your establishment valuable time, money and customers. I sincerely hope that this gets addressed because all I wanted when I called, was to know if it was open so I could get dinner for my family! It seems to me, that this particular employee would rather be at home, listening to music, than earning money and welcoming customers. We love Subway, but this was extremely...
Read moreI only gave one star because zero stars wasn't an option. I have been to this location many times. The lady... maybe a manager named Crystal is usually rude to the staff there correcting them loudly in front of customers. This has always bothered me and I have felt bad for her co workers you can tell this makes them and the customers uncomfortable. But after yesterday's visit I will not go back to that location. Crystal was making my sandwich and she was very rude and snapped at me for asking for my whole sandwich to be toasted. Then I asked for extra pickles and you would have thought it was the end of the world. She still only put a few on my sandwich. She put 4 olive slices on my sandwich but because of how she was treating me I didn't ask for more. When I asked for a little sweet onion sauce she barely put a drip on and wrapped my sandwich and handed to the person ringing it up and told him repeatedly to make sure he charged me for the bacon. He heard her the first time and he charged me for it but she still continued to bug him about it. If I hadn't been with other people I would have walked out and left my sandwich. The person behind me got 4 olives and asked for more and she gave her 2 more slices and she continued her rude short behavior. Her behavior towards other employees is unacceptable and embarrassing for Subway and she obviously doesn't care how she treats customers either. Glad there are a lot of other food options...
Read moreThe last two times we’ve been in here have been ridiculous to say the least… same male working both times. Two weeks ago, we were there half an hour bed closing and he refused to toast any of the 4 sandwiches in our order. Today, while the last two sandwiches were still just starting to be made, he had my wife check out on our order. When my sandwich got down to the veggies section, I informed them that I wanted to add avocado to my sandwich. I got the reply of “nope, we’ve already checked out. That costs extra”. I know it’s extra so I pull my wallet out to pay for it. “Nope, you can’t do that, it has to be added to a sandwich directly in an order.”
Absolutely unacceptable! If their system is really setup that way, then he SHOULD have added it no charge since he effed up and rang everything up early. I am believing however that he’s just lazy and doesn’t feel like doing the job properly after twice having such minor issues turned into a major problem with our orders.
We’ll probably go to others in the area in the future now… That’s no way to treat a customer who’s spending 50 plus bucks...
