I'd give this location ZERO stars if it was possible. I signed up for BR coupons via text and email and this location will not accept them. How can you not accept coupons that BR themselves sent to me? That's crazy and very wrong. The employees are also rude and they make it very clear that they do not want to help you. Last time my boyfriend and I went in there, even though we were very nice, the girl made us feel like an inconvenience to her and that we were wasting her time. I won't be coming to this location ever again. I can't even use my BR coupon to get a free scoop of ice cream that is promised to you for signing up for mobile alerts. I don' t want to get them if I can't redeem any of the offers! Read moreThe ice cream was good, the staff started out being rude while I was ordering at the speaker. When I got to the window the additive didn't stop there. I tapped my card and after I left i noticed that a tip was on my receipt (no I didn't hit thr tip button). I called and made a complaint about the attitude and the tip. They passed it on to the manager & she called & quickly became on the defensive side. I get having your workers back but to argue me about everything no ma'am we are not going to do this. To my surprise, the most common review was the fact that they close 45-30 early very often, which is what I was about to post about. I arrived at 9:30 and the door were already locked and nobody was answering the drive-thru. This is the second time this has happened to me personally, and apparently it's very common across the board. I work at a cafe, and there are nights where we are slow, but since our hours say that we close at 7:00, then that's the time we will lock the door. My advice to the manager would be to talk to the employees about not closing early or change the hours of the store so that many customers expectations will not be repeatedly...
